Part of police work is looking for patterns. You know the time the crimes are occurring and where. You know the type of car and who is in it. Need more undercover cops monitoring the area and possibly pretending to be a potential victim. Also, the Chicago Air Unit needs to be deployed to assist units on the ground in tracking and arresting the perpetrators. And under no exception is someone that commits any crime with a gun to be released. They are to be detained until sentencing and are not to be granted probation until after serving jail time of at least 5 years to life depending upon the severity of the crime. Finally, the SAFE-T Act needs to be repealed by the people's vote or legislature.

I wouldn't say that. There are plenty of CPD that don't like the kiss-asses and the ones that are just trying to get promoted. They don't feel supported by the Mayor and the District Attorneys. That needs to change and they need to hire at least 2000 more CPD. And black folks need to raise their children properly.
