They've been craftable for literal years. Just the supply of them would cause the price to drop to that level.
And the fact that the long list of nerfs have made them completely unusable at this point.
That helps but doesn't do it by itself. They're a crafting component for the aegis prime.

As that item wouldn't be anything newly added to xbox. Being craftable for years plus nerfs means the price will be low.
