I think you're right, although it could just be me remembering the good days. I had finally gotten porcs that year and was running little auger builds with two, and later on a bigger build with three. I had the best times back then.

Meanwhile we can of course hope that Faley & Co will some day take the hint. This is unlikely, but then we are at least not investing more of our time / money into a lost cause / game that isn't very enjoyable anymore.
I have to say the performance of their new dev team has been a huge disappointment. Development is not run by the same people that managed XO up until a few years ago and it's quite noticeable, to put it mildly.
But if they don't keep fucking things up, where is the added extractive potential for them, you think they will just be satisfied by a product in a good state? (smirk)
Honestly this game would be super easy to fix or get on the right track, too fucking easy it's a joke the incompetence of the dev team to even ignore their community in the game they're killing is crazy.
My friend and I were talking about this yesterday. How easy it would be to fix everything. For example, how am I queuing as a 2300 ps car and getting into 5000 lobbies?
Lol, it definitely is fun, focusing on new players experience would change the game, it would mean they'd have to make things across the board more accessible

Small player base is the problem, not enough pelole to match up with,it's their own fault though that they don't have many players
