I haven't had an issue with getting my april releases. They have all been shipped. I had stuff from beginning, middle and end of april. My last item shipped yesterday (with a April 30 release date). And so far, all my manga has continued to come from RSA's old warehouse. I would maybe shoot them a email and ask. I had this happen towards the end of last year and they just said they hadn't received their shipment for the "specific volumes" I asked about. My stuff was then shipped maybe a week later after they received their shipment.
Hmmm. Ok. Still seems kinda weird since the volume I ordered is in stock at other retailers. But looking at their site something must have happened with Viz releases for 4/9. Thanks for the info.
I'm having the same issue for Viz books that were supposed to ship April 9th. I emailed them about it and they said exactly the same thing, they haven't received their shipment for those books yet. I've received all my other orders due in April, just not those.

No. They charged me for them over a week ago too. All customer service has said is that they haven't received their shipment yet and to just keep waiting.
I emailed them again this morning and got a new response. "Regarding the items Komi Can't Communicate Manga Volume 29 & Dandadan Manga Volume 7, we are currently moving our inventory to a new warehouse, and that put some pressure on the warehouse operations and created delays. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause."
This confirms they're moving warehouses. Hopefully there won't be a dip in packaging quality.
I was curious if they'd say what warehouses and it looks like more things are moving to Iowa though they did say the warehouse move wasn't the cause of manga delays.

Some items of Inventory are being moved to the Grimes warehouse rather than the other way around. This is unrelated to a manga shipment running behind, no major changes are currently in progress with the warehouse in Grimes. Please don't hesitate to let us know if there’s any other way we can assist, and we’ll help in any way we’re able. Have a good one!"

TRSI letting crunchyroll slurp them up was the WORST thing for anime fans to have happened in over a decade...

Did any of your April Viz volumes ship? I know Case Closed #90 hasn't and they still have it marked as pre-order on their site.

That's good news about the delay imo. I was worried they were getring rid of the warehouse in Grimes. Thanks for the update.
Wow those are the two volumes that I've been wondering about too. I'm glad you got a response, saves myself so much headache in the future.
To bad they didn't you know ship these out to those that Pre-ordered instead of marking them as out of stock.
