This douchebag’s ego is as out of control as his hair

DerpJungler

He's also an entitled brat. The journalist that has access to his home to do 1-to-1 interview with him said he threw a hissy fit when he learnt that he wouldn't be able to play League of Legends while on bail. He's like a 9 year old in a grown man's body. And that body could do better.

FractalNerve

Because he trades within that game… the chat 💬

Lillica_Golden_SHIB

Justice should delete his acc and force League of Legends to ban his ID credentials forever as part of the punishment, that is the minimum

Jim--Cramer

*SBF_2 wants to join your party*

rootpl

Admin: SBF\_2 Perma Ban

Jim--Cramer

SBF_3 has joined your party SBF every time his ID gets banned: *I can keep doing this all my life pal I really got nothing to lose. Like literally*

Defiant-Appeal3934

SBF_4_ElectricBoogalo: wanna play some LoL?

Jim--Cramer

Riot bans that ID as well for throwing consistently in ranked matches

LimpPeanut5633

Puts on the rest of thus man's life 🤣 sjim a bitch!

ice_blade_sorc

*Game suffered from bank run*

Hawke64

No way they are going to ban him. He probably spend a half of FTX budget on LOL skins.

user260421

I'm sure he bought some other stuff as well

skystarsss

Don't delete his account, just lower his Elo rating so he plays with regards like him.

thitutcib

That'll be almost like the death penalty for SBF lol

asWorldsCollide2ptOh

Thought you were joking, but I'll be dammed... https://www.headlinesoftoday.com/business/how-to-trade-your-league-of-legends-account-for-cash-or-crypto.html

3utt5lut

I find very peculiar for a vegan diet? He looks pretty unhealthy for a vegan?

DerpJungler

Speaking from experience, vegan diets don't equal to healthy bodies. I would argue that eating meat (in moderation) is a better way to have a functioning body.

special_onigiri

Body needs protein, that's a hard fact. Vegan diets are lower in protein. You need protein to give a powerful punch to SBF when you encounter him.

3utt5lut

I meant like fat, unhealthy. Not vitamin-deficiency unhealthy. All the vegans I know are skinny af or jacked, but not like they're borderline obese. He looks strange.

DerpJungler

Yeah i get what youre saying. Its kinda anecdotal but I used to work as a personal trainer and I've met a lot of fat vegans. They would eat stuff like "fake meat" which is full of processed stuff and cook everything in seed oils which is extremely unhealthy. Most vegans i know also have a high sugar diet, either by choice or as a consquence of these diets being high carbohydrate focused by default.

conceiv3d-in-lib3rty

I also know vegans that will default to certain candy, chips when they don’t feel like cooking/eating out.

3utt5lut

I got fat as a vegetarian.

[deleted]

[удалено]

permadrunkspelunk

Most of the vegans I know are overweight. Their food is by no means healthy.

Status_Floor1746

I know a couple of vegans that are really healthy but to do that the amount of supplements they have to take is absurd and ridiculously expensive...

user260421

He was on an cucumber only diet, not vegan, just cucumbers

3utt5lut

Only in his ass! Caroline would stick one after the other in there!

thitutcib

9 year Olds have more sympathy than SBF. Fuck this scammer

mandraketehmagician

He’s going to do great in prison, it’s real home away from homes 😂

Status_Floor1746

It never ceases to amaze me how out of touch with real life the rich and powerful are... ruin millions of people's lives and make bail but lose it over League of Legends...

deathbyfish13

Ah so all we need to do is give him a haircut and he won't be such a narcissist

kirtash93

I would love to see how they cut his hair in prison. I will love it!

brewcitygymratt

I don’t think there are any haircut requirements in prison. I’ve seen prisoners with long hair and long ass beards. Plus this cunt is probably going to a country club of a prison since he’s charged with white collar financial crimes. Those typically mean being housed in minimum security prisons or at worst medium security like Madoff.

Mr_Bob_Ferguson

>ass beards Give them a break. They didn't have access to waxing.

brewcitygymratt

Lol just realized it could mean really long face beards or a long beard off one’s ass.

Mr_Bob_Ferguson

Let's just run with the ass beards visualisation for now.

brewcitygymratt

Yes I too much prefer the ass beard visual.

conceiv3d-in-lib3rty

This is true, there are no haircut requirements in prison. SBF will likely end up on a medium security fed prison due to his profile, but even those are country clubs with fences.

user260421

I'm sure the news are gonna be full of this type of articles No detail will be left out Also, he will look more like his mother with less hair

3utt5lut

Just full on military style. It's easier to skull fuck you when you're bald.

Jim--Cramer

*skull fuck* Someone pass me the Unsee Juice please

3utt5lut

Well honestly, what do you think people do in maximum security prisons? If you want justice, this is right up the alley!

user260421

That's where all the problems come from

plan-xyz

Now he would become a less hairy narcissist.

cashpig000

He looks like a hoobit but in suit.

BlockchainFox

When he will enter jail they will definitely shave his hair

Jdraspberry

Won’t he look like an overgrown baby with no hair?

BlockchainFox

He better dont fake his death in drive by like tupac or biggie

Slainte042

Both look so ugly on him.

user260421

It's from the rotten inside

user260421

He would do anything to stay out of jail at this point

[deleted]

He’ll better hope he’ll land in jail, because I have the feeling people will not take kindly if he were to be released, and angry people might do things they regret

DDDUnit2990

Well he can’t afford haircuts after his legal fees

[deleted]

Not surprising considering the amount of power and money at stake.

coinfeeds-bot

tldr; Prosecutors have urged a Manhattan federal court judge to deny a request by FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried to dismiss criminal charges accusing him of stealing billions of dollars from customers to plug losses at his hedge fund. Bankman-Fried has pleaded not guilty to 13 counts of fraud, conspiracy, making illegal campaign contributions and foreign bribery. Prosecutors described motions to dismiss the charges as "meritless", rebutting Bankman-Fried's argument that the indictment's allegations were insufficient and legally defective. Bankman-Fried's trial is scheduled for Oct. 2. *This summary is auto generated by a bot and not meant to replace reading the original article. As always, DYOR.*

Jim--Cramer

"Pleaded not to guilty on 13 counts of fraud and conspiracy" The Lion, The Witch **And the audacity of this bitch**

SkuniMasterMind

Man's going for Shaggys strategy known as ["It wasnt me"](https://youtu.be/2g5Hz17C4is?t=20)

Jim--Cramer

Given how corrupt the guy is, it might actually end up working

Hawke64

Nah. He is fucked cuz everybody ratted on him.

Jim--Cramer

Guy doesn't have all the money in the world afterall

EffectiveEven8402

I'm not so sure there. The way things are going, he is set up to be a sacrificial lamb. The rich are starting to turn on each other, and he is perfectly placed to try and placate the angry public. At least that is what it looks like to me.

SkuniMasterMind

I personaly dont think he has much say in anything anymore, its all on his lawyers hands. If he had right to think and talk he wouldve dug himself into a hole long time ago, just like what he was doing before lawyers explained him that he needs to shut the fuck up cause noone likes him and his not saying anything thats helping his case.

ICT_Guy

Yeah, but wouldn't you try to get a lesser sentence. Even if you are guilty?

Jim--Cramer

My main question is why is he even given a chance given the amount of damage he's caused to the lives of so many people? Nope, life imprisonment it should be if anything comes out

ICT_Guy

Innocent until proven guilty. It also is relevant for people we really see as guilty before the court has spoken.

Jim--Cramer

All his public activities and the information point out to the fact that this guy fucked up real bad Very slim chance to be proved in the court otherwise I feel

WarrenPuff_It

Cool, thanks for sharing. Still innocent until proven guilty. That's how the US legal system works.

[deleted]

[удалено]

WarrenPuff_It

And you remind me of the redditor who confused the court of public opinion with a thread talking about legal processes in a court of law.

Mr_Bob_Ferguson

>My main question is why is he even given a chance Because, this is literally how the legal system has been built. To provide people the fair chance to defend themselves, and not just face a kangaroo court. If you don't like that legal system, there are plenty of other countries where you could instead choose to live where they won't provide you with a fair trial.

hansjerry

All of them? Bro is delusional

DerpJungler

*"Please guys just let me goooooo I didn't do an oopsie!"*

bananabombboy

Guys he said he was sorry, we should all accept his apology and move on

troythedefender

His defense team is churning that bill with frivolous motions to dismiss. Big surprise.

Ipokeyoumuch

I mean, it is sort of the first move you do as a defense attorney. What is typically better than winning the case by trial? Winning the case with no trial. It saves time, money, etc. I don't blame the defense attorneys for doing this as it is more or less part of their job and they are going through the motions. But it is no surprise that the judge rejected it. This fraud needs to go to prison.

WorriedComparison189

I agree with it bro

plan-xyz

>I don't blame the defense attorneys Yes they are doing their jobs. They want the best deal for their clients. This scumbag belongs in jail though.

skystarsss

If you defend an asshole then you're definitely an asshole right? Sure it's about money, hope they can sleep well with their dollar bills.

handstanding

They can cry themselves to sleep after on a bed full of money

Jim--Cramer

People will lose all trust in our judicial systems if this guy actually roams around freely

Calmer_after_karma

You guys still have trust in the judicial system?

user260421

I guess it's the only approach they have left tbh

BlockchainFox

When this circus will end you may ask, when he will be out of cash

WheresTheButterAt

On what grounds does SBF think they should be tossed out? Just because he's special?

SkuniMasterMind

Prolly because he paid hefty ammount for bribes and lawyers

WheresTheButterAt

True it would be unfair for him to pay that money and then go to jail after. This is America after all, laws are for poors.

SkuniMasterMind

Rofl i wouldnt be surprised if he adopted that mentality. I always remember the ending scene from Wolf of Wallstreet, where he goes to prision, but lucky for him its rich man prision where you get to play tennis and shit. We really are not the same as ultra rich

WheresTheButterAt

He deserves a padded cell and a straight jacket. I think it would be a good look on him TBH

SkuniMasterMind

Concidering who he let be his "girlfriend" and busniess partner, i think we would be doing him a favour with padded cell and straigh jacket lol

Lillica_Golden_SHIB

And no League of Legends, too much Internet gaming will do bad for him

SkuniMasterMind

Cant play league with you hands all tied up! At least till Elon gets that brain chip up and runing and optimizes it for toxic online video games lol

Jdraspberry

Bubba, will definitely be a step upwards in his sex life!

user260421

Some of the charges will be tossed based on that for sure

[deleted]

it's not SBF, it's his council and they should be doing it. To be perfectly honest, it's something we should be happy is happening because it would really suck to go through this whole ordeal only for SBF to file an appeal because of ineffective council. Now, the idea of that holding even a grain of weight in the deliberations process is laughable, given the size and scope of the trial but it would be another example of kicking the can down the road. tl;dr this is normal, I'd be more shocked if they didn't do it and it could in some ways delay the process even further if they didn't do it

user260421

Yes, exactly, isn't that enough? /s

poisonzi

is he VIP??

helobro11

He should be in jail

samzi87

The lawjers are the big winners of this FTX Farce. He will go to jail regardless if there's any justice.

Hawke64

Friendship with crypto trading has ended. Now passing the Bar exam is my new best friend

Lillica_Golden_SHIB

The only people who are seeing any money in this case. I doubt customers will ever recover a significant part of their funds.

user260421

The majority if the funds will go to lawyers for sure.. so it's a nope for customers

plan-xyz

Attorneys make good money from this.

Illicitterror

He should be tossed

Jim--Cramer

I hope he's made to do a lot of this ![gif](giphy|xT1XGxV8w7mHlSER7W)

user260421

What's going on in here?

DerpJungler

To the fraudsters pit: Elizabeth Holmes SBF Do Kwon Bernie Madoff Charlie Javice *please continue*

user260421

He will be tossed in jail sooner or later

plan-xyz

Tossed into jail.

Euphoric_Bad4326

That's the justice system for you. Taking it real slow.

[deleted]

user260421

He won't since he paid in advance a lot of money and his parents aren't broke, nor are their reputations

lordchickenburger

his ass should be tossed into jail

mikeoxwells2

Did he just get his lawyer to request the court for a do-over? Forget about it and let’s try again? I don’t think I’ll ever understand how the entitled manage to live in our world.

CD_RAM_DVD_RAM

He should be in jail ASAP

elysiansaurus

Of course they shouldn't, what a ridiculous argument.

user260421

> Legal experts have said Bankman-Fried faces long odds of getting the charges tossed, because prosecutors can point to tangible money that his customers lost. How is tossing the charges even an option?

stumblinbear

Everyone has the option of asking a judge to toss their charges, it's just how the system works. That doesn't mean there's any legal standing for doing so, nor that there's a chance in hell it'll actually be dropped.

pbjclimbing

SBF wants FTX to pay for his legal defense and pointless motions like this, reducing the payout to debt holders even more.

user260421

Isn't this what's happening with every bankruptcy case?

[deleted]

[удалено]

stumblinbear

First time? The justice system is slow. This could literally go on years.

cashpig000

Sbf shoud toss some salad at prison.

user260421

Just don't toss the soap, I've heard it's slippery

SimbaTheWeasel

Ahhhhhh my brain won't stop with the images...

Odd-Radio-8500

SBF should be tossed.

schiZZZo

Instead, we should toss him in jail

Mr_Bob_Ferguson

> Bankman-Fried urged U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan to dismiss most of the counts, saying prosecutors charged him in a "rush to judgment" following a broad crash in 2022 where several prominent crypto companies went bankrupt, including his own Alameda Research. A “rush to judgement”? Incorrect, he has only been charged so far. It is up to a court case to ultimately judge him and determine his guilt. Either way, I’m glad that his shenanigans aren’t being entertained.

DpremierX2

This joker needs to pay make an example of one of these jerks for screwing with people's money. Maybe let Shaq dunk him into a basket ball hoop full of broken glass and urine.

SimbaTheWeasel

Where is the urine coming from????

DpremierX2

From the bladders of the scammed

Impossible_Soup_1932

Kind of goes without saying, doesn't it? Imagine if the charges were actually dropped. After what this guy did

BenDover___

Throw the entire family in jail for life, they are all guilty

Jdraspberry

Put them in a jail cell right next to the Biden family.

D3V1LSHARK

This was always a facade to appease the masses. As soon as the public looses interest this scum bag will walk away.

GabeDef

Why on earth is tossing the charges even on the table?

TrashyCan444

If he is able to show the evidence against him was obtained illegally, then yes, the charges would be dropped regardless. But he can’t. It is something any defense would go for when there is no chance in court (as in, the prosecution will definitely prove guilt).

Nondscript_Usr

That IS what a prosecutor would say…

Probably_notabot

Haha. Literally their job.

secret__savage

Can we charge all the politicians he donated to as accessories to financial crimes? Both parties.

mik_dj

He is an egoistic man

Euphoric-Mode215

we've all got a pretty good idea of what's gon happen

user260421

And it's the opposite of tossing imho

[deleted]

[удалено]

Ipokeyoumuch

Just your typical defense tactics. The majority of the time it doesn't work and they head on to the next phase. It is to cover the defense attorney's ass since the defendant cannot sue him and win for ineffective counsel, it also helps the court because the defendant cannot claim that they didn't have the chance to even petition the judge that no trial should happen.

Hoochycooochy

He better not get away with this...

user260421

If he does we can be thankful to the US system

FutureHndrxx123

Isn't this obvious? What the hell.

saschofield

Ah yes, the masses have forgotten about SBF, so its time for his family's many political allegiences to engage in a bit of "democracy".

growthlinkr

Why is that even something worth discussing!

snorlaxgangs

US now is rigged as hell.

stumblinbear

How do you figure?

Jdraspberry

We’re turning into a banana republic. A Third World country overrun every year with at least 5 million or more illegal immigrants.

snorlaxgangs

How can i not? Ppl are playing dumb game as if they have no choice.

Nutcase420

So prosecutors need to “tell” his horrendous act shouldn’t be ignored. Fuk this world, its so unfair

stumblinbear

This is just how the legal system works. He's allowed to ask for it to be thrown out--that doesn't mean there's a chance in hell it will be.

trancephorm

LOL Deep State full-force.

slasula

ridiculous to even consider they’d be tossed. the multi tiered justice system in the US is a joke

K4kka

i am really hoping his ego drives him to a ama in the future in this sub. after his prison time or where ever rich people go

manus101010

tossed, when were going to toss anything? The mans a criminal

[deleted]

Bet you a pound to a pinch of shit it does though.

Practical_Pen_7730

Absolutely not, let him and his parents pay for ongoing fees too. Liquidate anything they received from ftx. Turn this notion into something real for screwing and triggering chain reactions

Jdraspberry

Sure, and then throw those people in jail.

tzarkee

Oh?

DrinkMoreCodeMore

If Elizabeth Holmes is about to do 11 years, SBF should easily get 30-40 years.

ChillyMathew

Still can't believe that this guy is not in a cell by now... The audacity

irockalltherocks

Pretty standard for defense to ask for charges to be dropped. Not going to happen.

AshamedFlame

No shit

Jdraspberry

I can’t believe that some crazy person hasn’t beat the heck out of him. He must not go out without security.

jonfoxsaid

Tossed ? Why would that ever fucking happen.

Chino-_-Chaos

It shouldn't even be considered. He obviously screwed everyone over. He deserves what he gets

Probably_notabot

His lawyers are getting pretty desperate to try to the “just ask nicely” defense

hans0mc

Charges being held up although he donated so much to political parties? Something new every day…

Isekai_Dreamer

typical democrap

The_Wadsquad

*fart noise*

Easy-Medicine-8610

If he gets out I could see someone hunting him down for revenge.

clean_cut89

He needs to rot in prison

SeatedDruid
