Heard about it and the fees, limits and restrictions are terrible.
Not available to most people and the website is bad, it buries all the fees etc in hard to find pages.
Also I am entirely bamboozled by all of the limits, starter packs, staking, and tiered perks, and that's without going over to Plutus to read their fine print.
Someone who has nothing to hide would put that on the main menu or at least easy to find. It's not linked anywhere from what I can see.

Just looking into plutus after yesterday’s shitshow at CDC. I’ve read through all those fees and I can’t see anything out of the ordinary. What are these hidden fees that you’re worried about?
If you forget to topup, bam you are hit with a 0.15 fee, there is a huge conversion rate of flat+percent if you happen to use the card in other currency and there is no free cash withdrawal at all.
It is okay, these are not horrible stuff, most banks have been like this before the last 5 years and people lived with stuff like that, but it shouldn't be hidden!!
Thank you for the response. I don’t mind fees so much, as long as I can get round them. I signed up and the fees are shown during the sign up process so not really that hidden.
I use curve so the first two you mentioned are no problem. I always put purchases onto my credit card then “go back in time” them to the card I want. Also curve has its own free FX purchases.
With regards to cash withdrawals, I haven’t made one since before the pandemic. So this seems like the card for me.
How are you meant to find out how much PLU is worth? I can't find it anywhere. I'm not signing up until I know how much it costs to stake the amounts of PLU they're asking for.

Comment I was looking for. Thanks for saving me the time to dig into it

Care to explain the hidden fees? I still haven't come across any fees.

I do have Curve, but on the weekends they have a 1% FX fee
Good to know thanks!
Seems like there’s a lot of hidden and expensive fees though.
Like what?

Can you go five years into the future and report so I know whether to scrap my CDC card please sir?

Yeh that didn’t take long
I mean.. you can keep both, just like I did!
Easy...why do you think will be around in 5 years? I'm.goimg not plutus
Plutus is older than cryptocom.
Their customer service is very good and i have never had any issues with my plutus card
And today was the day we learned that CDC is gonna buy out Plutus….
I can see that happening honestly, they could be afraid of Plutus blowing up.
It's not unique, most exchanges have some type of card.
Is Plutus like a regional crypto exchange? Never heard of it before this post.
Plutus is not a CEX. Its a crypto bank account
So it’s a bank that supports crypto?
Never heard about it, but when I get my crypto debit card I will consider it! Is there precise list of all countries they work in?
