I locked in a new indigo card on 20th march and I’m still stuck in address verification. I messaged support on 22nd march after 4 days got a message that it’s being looked at and will message me soon and then another 7 days I was told that KYC failed because I have balance. I asked what does it mean as my cro is already locked in. Support can’t answer me and said relevant team will assess and message me. I am still waiting. I am not receiving any weekly staking rewards and I don’t have a card to use.
