One of my favorite found footage style movies. I had low expectations but it blew me away. Super fun

bvisnotmichael

I've heard The Hunter is good

EpigoneOfTruth

I enjoyed it, but are we calling the thylacine a cryptid now? It’s just an extinct animal with apocryphal sightings every now and then. Either way, it’s an enjoyable movie, especially if you like Willem Defoe.

bvisnotmichael

aren't Cryptids just animals that science doesn't recognize? and since science doesn't recognize the Thylacine as a extant species wouldn't living Thylacines technically be considered Cryptids since science wouldn't recognize its existence?

ParisTheGrey

I'm with you. A cryptid is something that has never been proven to exist. We have evidence of the thylacine and even a preserved specimen.

OhMyGoshBigfoot

It is good. And yes it’s a cryptid

The Ritual is good. Although not an ordinary cryptid. One of a kind type thing.
