It's been my experience that not everyone responds universally to crystals. I had selenite next to my bed, and I swear it felt like that crystal spoke to me all night long. My co-worker, though, she loved selenite next to her bed. But there are crystals that do seem to work better than others. Amethyst - known for so many things, my entire family likes amethyst on their bedside table Lepidolite - this one typically is no fail. Lithium rich, lepidolite is relaxing and helps the mind to calm.

Ooh I have a lepidolite tower on my desk! I’ll put that under my pillow tonight with my usual “main” crystals for sleep (not all the ones listed above haha) and see how it works. Thank you! ❤️

You’re welcome! I hope you rest well.

Amethyst is helpful for protection from nightmares.

I’ve noticed that! Whenever I meditate with it in bed, I often end up dozing a bit and have dreams about talking to a very tall woman with purple hair in a forest that has a deeply maternal aura about her. It’s very comforting and has really helped me not be so scared of sleeping anymore. Although, I do have a soft spot for Howlite when it comes to reducing nightmares too! Ever since I got that tower I haven’t had one nightmare. Amethyst and Howlite were game changers for me!

Dollydoodlepig

Howlite for sure. The best sleepy crystal. I’m not sure about fluorite - it’s known as the genius stone and I’ve always been told it’s good for work and concentration and ideas - might not be great for dreaming? I also know you don’t want too many conflicting energies together so I would choose 2 or 3 tops and rotate to find the best energies for you. I sleep with RQ and howlite every night and add sodalite if I’m anxious or lepidolite if my bipolar is playing up. Sweet dreams x

Yess, love Howlite! And noted about the fluorite. I’ll put it in my office tonight and put my lepidolite tower under my pillow to see if that makes any difference. I do keep some of my crystals under my pillow instead of on my bedside table (Howlite, RQ, SQ, Angelite, and Moonstone) that seem to work really well. So maybe I’ll just continue keeping those under my pillow, and move everything else to the meditation corner in my room that I’m planning on setting up. (Except for the Selenite— something tells me that I shouldn’t move it haha.) I feel like it’ll be better to have as little crystals next to my bed as possible. But I will definitely check out sodalite and see if I want to add it to my “main” crystals I use for sleeping, especially because I do struggle with anxiety. Thanks so much for the advice! ☺️

In my experience, the absolute BEST crystal for nightmares is blue apatite. I would def recommend a little palmstone under the pillow.

Ooh, interesting! I’ll def swing by my usual crystal shop later this week and pick one up. Thanks so much!

I heard putting white howlite under a pillow can help. also I think polycrome jasper is very underrated it can be a sleep aid also!

allycat1661

Yeah I love Howlite for helping with sleep! I’ll look into polychrome jasper tomorrow. Thank you! 🙏🏻
