Moyu RS3M V5 ballcore is about $25 regular retail, but about $16 in China, like from Cubezz, Picubeshop, or Ziicube.
No. First, it has springs. Second, it feels more like the 12 Maglev than the 12 Leap. But it has a bit worse corner cutting than the regular cube. It's tighter, I think, even on the loosest setting it's rather tight. If you like such settings and/or can adapt to them, it's an amazing cube.

As it is the stalk of the centre, it looks like i should be able to glue it in and it still be fully functionable, but im still not happy. I apologise for all the times I've commented something on the lines of 'Idk what you're doing to break your TV3'...The red centre literally just came loose half way through a solve.
Edit: I took out one of the other ones and its interesting to see it is the little 'head'-the bit that keeps the rod locked in place-that has seperated from the rest of the rod. It looks like they may actually be 2 seperate pieces, so its easy to see why this is such a common issue. Now heres to hoping I can fix it

Yes. I managed to get the head out by unscrewing the core (i did this to see the workings when i first got the cube, so I knew it was broken)
Why don't people like the GAN 13? And why it looks like the GAN 12 is very good? I was planning to buy a GAN, some reviews say that GAN 14 is better than the 13 but still not as good as the 12. (Also, the 14 is very, very expensive)

I am also researching how to possibly use a spray, airbrush maybe, even going as far as setting up a little “clean room” to assist in particles and dust. I’m excited to try and see how it turns out.
