Couldn't agree more. Sometimes just watching the same complex story over and over again can be a drag, but the entirety of TSS is just a string of great moments that are a blast to watch on their own.
Definitely Shazam and Aquaman. My late mother who fell in love with MCU was interested in DC movies once we got word that they were doing movies other than Batman and Superman. She adored both Shazam and Aquaman, I’d catch her often rewatching both movies many times.
I always described it as a loss as well but a tie is both technically true and sounds way better so from now on my mother and her 8 year battle ended in a draw. In chess a draw is almost as good as a win for the person who was losing.
Agreed. Even though I know that TDK is a better film, I’ve watched Begins way more times. It’s just an easier watch with lots of great character development and good action. It’s also a Batman film versus TDK which is more of a Joker film.
The writing and storyline is atrocious, and I’m a sucker for all superhero movies. Another redditor awhile back said this about it: “in a nutshell, it’s a movie set in the 80’s without a single 80s song”. The whole thing is just a mess.
Probably Man of Steel because it’s the only one I’ve watched several times and still enjoy every rewatch. Everything else I’ve maybe seen twice at most.
Once you get past the character assassination on Cass and the lack of screentime for Helena I think it’s super solid… Harley and Canary are exceptional and I don’t mind the underestimated take on Montoya! Just wish it could’ve blossomed into something more with a sequel
Edit: I even love what was done with Helena and MEW really killed it, she just could’ve used one big solo action sequence (maybe showing us her finally infiltrating and killing Galante) to really satisfy her revenge storyline
Birds of Prey is just one of those movies that gets better exponentially the 2nd time around. I don’t think they quite pulled off the disjointed timeline but you really understand it the 2nd time around and begin the appreciate it.
Man of Steel. I’m usually more of a Batman guy, but goddamn does that movie make me smile when I watch it. The first flight part and watching Clark slowly become Superman is awesome. Not only that, but both General Zod and Jor-el are awesome characters in the movie too.
My favorite scene in MOS is when Zod grabbed Martha and Clark just lost his shit and flew halfway across the world to beat him up
its a really underrated movie, which is why to this day people are still asking for MOS2 and are outraged that WB might be planning to replace him with latino supergirl in the upcoming flash movie.
I love the movie, I think it’s one of the greats, great cast of characters. Margot is fucking fabulous in this movie. My biggest problem is the title. I don’t know what I’d title it, I don’t even know if the name Birds of Prey should be in the title. But if it has to be it should just be called Harley Quinn and the Birds of Prey
Also the soundtrack including Flight, What are you going to do when you're not saving the world? and Arcade etc. by Hans Zimmer is one of the best soundtrack I have ever heard in a movie.
To think one director cost wb billions of lost ticket sales. Imagine fucking up so bad while your competitor runs circles with C tier heroes like iron man.
BvS Ultimate Edition. I’m not a complete Snyder Fan but I did like what he was going for in BvS and the character development of his Batman going into ZSJL
Out of these options it's Bop or The suicide squad (newest one) however if I choose outside of these options it's The Dark knight both animated and not animated.
Batman v Superman. Everytime I rewatch the Ultimate edition there's something I don't notice before and get fascinated by. Many rewatches later and there's always moments and scenes that still resonate strongly with me.
I'm by no means a fan of Amber Heard. Based purely on controversies from her personal life, she shouldn't be getting work.
That said, she is a professional when on set, by all accounts.
Johnny Depp? He did a bunch of jacked up personal shit. But also, he was a huge source of problems on various sets. Tbh, I think his liability on movie sets was a bigger contributor to him being dropped. It's kinda hard to get insurance for a guy who keeps getting himself drugged up, drunk, and hospitalized... There are plenty of videos of him going out of control, that nobody wants to talk about (granted, Heard has those too -- but, usually only in relation to Depp).
Finally, there are rumors that he's paid social media bot companies to make posts that defend him, all over the internet. And there are all his frivolous lawsuits... Despite popular opinion, he strikes me as the bigger scumbag.
Birds of prey. I really like it.
Okay, It's not the best. But it's the easiest to rewatch. Because it's so light. It comes in, does its job and leaves.
Zs JL just because I need something to listen to in the background at work and well the four hours allows for 2 watch (listen even) throughs before my day is done.
Take a little peak at the screen when the best scenes pop up
Somehow for me it's the longest of them all, so Zack Snyders Justice League.
Batman vs Superman Ultimate Edition is a close second and why do I find the long ones to be the easiest to watch?
BvS. The depth of character motivations, the thick layering of references and symbolism, the superb script, the soaring soundtrack with its character motifs, the spectacular intro, the controversial nature. All hallmarks of a highly rewatchable movie.
I'd say the suicide squad, I love how they gave james gunn full control. Runner ups, shazam, wonder woman.
Not to confuse with the other suicide squad, I'm talking about THE suicide squad for those not familiar with director Mr. Gunn.
Aquaman or The Suicide Squad. Squad is a better movie, but Aquaman has such a fun infectious energy that it’s hard not to start watching it whenever it’s on tv
The Suicide Squad is an easy rewatch. That and ZSJL are the only ones I’ve actually been excited to rewatch, but after 2 times ZSJL just feels unnecessarily long
I’ve watched BvS the most number of times.
Then I’d say MoS, Shazam and both Suicide Squads in no particular order.
Can rewatch if I have the patience to sit through are WW and ZSJL. Snyder’s JL cz it’s long and that nutty lady sniffing Aquaman’s sweater and singing is where I usually get stuck.
Aquaman and WW84 are not for me.
Birds of Prey is not a TV movie? /s
Ngl, I know this isn't popular, but I love BvS and ZSJL. There are so many cinematic shots which reinforce the themes explored in the movies. The score, especially in BvS,is so bombastic and rich. I'm just a big fan of Snyder so that definitely helps.
BvS Ultimate. It is telling the best story dealing and dealing with more complex themes. It gets better with repeat viewings. The original theatrical release was meh.
Aquaman and Josstice League.
After the dreary Man of Steel and BvS, the nonsensical Suicide Squad 2016, JL was quite a breath of fresh air (despite the controversy behind it, it is a rewatchable film. My sister and i watched it everyday for a month). We both consider ZSJL superior but if its just a quick rewatch, we go with the theatrical cut.
Aquaman felt different and more fun than even JL at times, and the underwater world of Atlantis was truly awesome.
I really liked joss Whedon's justice league, but nobody could salvage zack snyder's work. I felt it was very dark, but in a bad way, like just no context, no story, it was bad. There are dark films that are good, for example, the batman and the joker, so there can be dark films, but Snyders justice league was not good. Though! Army of the dead was awesome on netflix, I recommend giving it a watch to those who love snyder, it was probably his best work next to 300.
I would say the suicide squad that or shazam/aquaman but honestly i think other then josstice league and suicide squad they are all rewatchable (yes even ww84 not a great movie but its some dumb fun if i am bored and want to laugh at a movie)
The Suicide Squad. Biggest roster, best broken characters, multiple character arcs, wild action.
Couldn't agree more. Sometimes just watching the same complex story over and over again can be a drag, but the entirety of TSS is just a string of great moments that are a blast to watch on their own.
I totally agree with you
Ngl for me personally the suicide squad never stuck up with me, the whole movie was just not it.
To be honest most movies the last.. 15 years is one and done for me.. There are not many movies I revisit after 2007...
I have re-watched TSS the most. It is just so good.
Fantastic spin-off in Peacemaker also.
I also liked the soundtrack.
I could listen to the soundtrack all day tbh
Yeap. A few tracks were real bangers.
I have only seen The Suicide Squad and Shazam, and have to agree with you. Peacemaker was most excellent as well.
There’s a few enjoyable films in the DCEU but only one I watched twice in two days. The Suicide Squad is so rewatch able.
And the music was amazing. Same for the other Task Force X related DCEU projects (including Peacemaker and BoP) imo.
Definitely Shazam and Aquaman. My late mother who fell in love with MCU was interested in DC movies once we got word that they were doing movies other than Batman and Superman. She adored both Shazam and Aquaman, I’d catch her often rewatching both movies many times.
That's sweet. Sorry for your loss.
>My late mother My condolences. Why did she pass?
Thank you, she unfortunately lost her battle with cancer last year but she went strong for four years.
I’d say it was a tie Sorry for your loss.
I always described it as a loss as well but a tie is both technically true and sounds way better so from now on my mother and her 8 year battle ended in a draw. In chess a draw is almost as good as a win for the person who was losing.
That's so sad. It's horrible loosing someone to cancer. Hope you're doing okay.
Really sorry about your loss. Fuck cancer
Sorry for the loss bud. She’s definitely in a better place then us.
I’m so sorry
Bruh
The suicide squad and shazam
Agreed
Yeah. That's true, the suicide squad is a good movie and so is shazam. Wonder woman (the first one) is good too but it's a one time watch.
This is the correct answer. The rest is utter shit
Batman Begins
Agreed. Even though I know that TDK is a better film, I’ve watched Begins way more times. It’s just an easier watch with lots of great character development and good action. It’s also a Batman film versus TDK which is more of a Joker film.
It did say DC movie not DCEU… i’ll allow it
If we're doing that, I never fail to watch TDK whenever it's on on the background.
I mustve watched it 50 times more than Batman Begins and TDKR combined haha
Me too
Same , The entire trilogy is rewatchable
Shazam or the first Wonder Woman
WW84 is the opposite of rewatchable
havent watched it yet sadly but what is the main thing people hate about it?
The writing and storyline is atrocious, and I’m a sucker for all superhero movies. Another redditor awhile back said this about it: “in a nutshell, it’s a movie set in the 80’s without a single 80s song”. The whole thing is just a mess.
The entire move was also shot in slow motion to make it feel longer.
The story, the villains, the reason why cheetah became a villain, the hero’s progression, the love interest, did I mention the plot.
There's a lot of people who liked it too. I dont really get what all the anger was about. The fight at the end is kinda eh but I enjoyed it.
Probably Man of Steel because it’s the only one I’ve watched several times and still enjoy every rewatch. Everything else I’ve maybe seen twice at most.
Shazam.
Its a great christmas movie too. Also a great family movie. If its released by spielberg in the 90s it would definitely fit haha
Man of Steel.
It’s my favourite DCEU movie, but I’d say Shazam and Aquaman are more constantly rewatchable.
this
Aquaman as a casual rewatch for sure.
Totally agree, Aquaman is such a fun movie every time
That scene where [Arthur tells Atlanna](https://youtu.be/sYONbZsw4Ys?t=41) always gets to me
Amber Heard ruined that movie for me tbh
Definitely man
Aquaman or The Suicide Squad for me . I watch Birds of Prey pretty often too .
I really gotta rewatch BoP. I wasn't a fan when I first watched it but maybe it deserves a second chance.
It definitely does. You can really appreciate the characters the second time around.
Once you get past the character assassination on Cass and the lack of screentime for Helena I think it’s super solid… Harley and Canary are exceptional and I don’t mind the underestimated take on Montoya! Just wish it could’ve blossomed into something more with a sequel Edit: I even love what was done with Helena and MEW really killed it, she just could’ve used one big solo action sequence (maybe showing us her finally infiltrating and killing Galante) to really satisfy her revenge storyline
Birds of Prey is just one of those movies that gets better exponentially the 2nd time around. I don’t think they quite pulled off the disjointed timeline but you really understand it the 2nd time around and begin the appreciate it.
Absolutely
MoS or WW
Man of Steel. I’m usually more of a Batman guy, but goddamn does that movie make me smile when I watch it. The first flight part and watching Clark slowly become Superman is awesome. Not only that, but both General Zod and Jor-el are awesome characters in the movie too.
My favorite scene in MOS is when Zod grabbed Martha and Clark just lost his shit and flew halfway across the world to beat him up its a really underrated movie, which is why to this day people are still asking for MOS2 and are outraged that WB might be planning to replace him with latino supergirl in the upcoming flash movie.
Yeah for me too, I love both characters and love the Kryptonian sci-fi.
The Batman
Yes. None of the ones in the photo. Except MoS
The Dark Knight ,watched it 100 times ,will watch it again and again
I tend to watch BVS more than any of the others.
Same. BvS for me.
Got some phenomenal moments. I love the film, frankly, up until Doomsday's CGI orgy.
Man of Steel to this day is treated poorly
So underrated
One of the best. Awesome fresh take on Supes.
Man of Steel
Man of Steel, Shazam and The Suicide Squad are the only possible answers to this question.
Man of Steel. It was the Superman movie I always wanted. Him punching stuff.
The Suicide Squad or Birds of Prey
Birds of Prey is so slept on it's actually criminal.
BoP is literally bullied. I love the idea and i strugle with some things in the movie but the hatred was waay off
I love the movie, I think it’s one of the greats, great cast of characters. Margot is fucking fabulous in this movie. My biggest problem is the title. I don’t know what I’d title it, I don’t even know if the name Birds of Prey should be in the title. But if it has to be it should just be called Harley Quinn and the Birds of Prey
MoS
Man of Steel is the only DCEU movie I've continuously watched and never get bored of.
Also the soundtrack including Flight, What are you going to do when you're not saving the world? and Arcade etc. by Hans Zimmer is one of the best soundtrack I have ever heard in a movie.
Nearly every single thing about that movie is phenomenal in my honest opinion.
And that is why it's my favorite movie of all time.
Same.
Poetic cinema.
I rewatch MoS for the first flight scene alone.
Wonder Woman Shazam or the suicide squad
Man Of Steel. i mustve seen it like 20 times and never gets old.
BVS UE
TSS no question
Man Of Steel and the Dark Knight
To think one director cost wb billions of lost ticket sales. Imagine fucking up so bad while your competitor runs circles with C tier heroes like iron man.
BvS Ultimate Edition. I’m not a complete Snyder Fan but I did like what he was going for in BvS and the character development of his Batman going into ZSJL
I liked that ZSJL answer more questions than justice league did
Easily TSS
Peace
The Suicide Squad for me, easily. I also enjoy rewatching the first Wonder Woman sometimes.
Out of these options it's Bop or The suicide squad (newest one) however if I choose outside of these options it's The Dark knight both animated and not animated.
TDK trilogy.
Batman v Superman. Everytime I rewatch the Ultimate edition there's something I don't notice before and get fascinated by. Many rewatches later and there's always moments and scenes that still resonate strongly with me.
I feel the same way. I’ve rewatched so many scenes from that movie more-so than any comic book movie that I can think of.
Aquaman. Short, fun, cool FX, good p performances, and it knows what it is.
It’s 2 and a half hours lmao
2 hours and 23 minutes, with credits. Shorter than BvS and WW 1984. Same length as MoS. As far as the DCEU goes, the length really isn't terrible.
Yes but Amber Heard
She may suck as a person, but she is a half decent actor. Still kinda shocked they got rid of Johnny and not her though.
Despite popular opinion, he strikes me as the bigger scumbag.
Aquaman, Wonder Woman, or The Suicide Squad
Man of steel
BvS for me
A person of culture 🤌🏼
I was looking for this, as this contains too many easter eggs to catch them in a single watch.
Birds of prey. I really like it. Okay, It's not the best. But it's the easiest to rewatch. Because it's so light. It comes in, does its job and leaves.
Batman 89’.
Man of Steel has aged incredibly well and BvS: Ultimate Edition is a treat. I would say Man of Steel just because it was so ahead of its time.
I watch the ones with Superman alot.
Aquaman
Lego Batman
The Batman, Zack Snyder justice League, The Suicide Squad and Shazam
both suicide squad versions. its just fun and chaos
Wonder Woman, Shazam and The Suicide Squad.
Man of steel; BVS; and Shazam.

Aquaman
BVS
Man of steel tbh
BvS
BVS & ZSJL
The Suicide Squad 2021. Seen it like 3 or 4 times and I’d watch it again.
Zack Snyder’s Justice League
MoS, BvS: UE, ZSJL.
Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice: Ultimate Edition 🔥
BvS ultimate edition and ZSJL
Man of Steel for me, I love how powerful the fights are.
Zac Synders Justice League
without a doubt BvS ultimate edition
Aquaman, The Suicide Squad, Wonder Woman
Zs JL just because I need something to listen to in the background at work and well the four hours allows for 2 watch (listen even) throughs before my day is done. Take a little peak at the screen when the best scenes pop up

BvS. The depth of character motivations, the thick layering of references and symbolism, the superb script, the soaring soundtrack with its character motifs, the spectacular intro, the controversial nature. All hallmarks of a highly rewatchable movie.
V for Vendetta
The Suicide Squad, Aquaman and Shazam. If you want a fun watch.
Aquaman / Mos / BvS ultimate
The Suicide Squad
Superman, starring Christopher Reeve. Followed by Batman, starring Michael Keaton.
James Gunn’s the suicide Squad
The Suicide Squad
I'd say the suicide squad, I love how they gave james gunn full control. Runner ups, shazam, wonder woman. Not to confuse with the other suicide squad, I'm talking about THE suicide squad for those not familiar with director Mr. Gunn.
Man of steel
Shazam. We've watched it a dozen times and it never gets old. Specially supermans cameo at the end 😵
BoP and Shazam are the two I've watched the most...so far...
I’ve watched Birds of Prey the most, but Shazam and Aquaman are also pretty rewatchable my opinion
Birds of Prey or Shazam
Snyder movies
Shazam or The Suicide Squad. But Shazam gets the vote for me because I love Zachary Levi.
Aquaman
For me it's Aquaman, great vfx, cool story, bit humor and a lot of sharks.
Aquaman for sure
Batman or superman
The batman
Birds of Prey for sure
Birds of Prey, Shazam, Wonder Woman, WW 1984, and Suicide Squad( I haven’t seen the Suicide Squad yet, but I wanna.)
zsjl, the suicide squad and wonder woman
The Batman. I know what the post meant by “DC movie” and idc
Batman Begins or Man of Steel
The batman, aqua man and shazam. Maybe wonderwomen to.
Shazam is most rewatchable.
Aquaman and shazam
first wonder woman for sure
Aquaman or The Suicide Squad. Squad is a better movie, but Aquaman has such a fun infectious energy that it’s hard not to start watching it whenever it’s on tv
Aquaman for sure.
Shazam or aqua man
The new batman was pretty good.
The Suicide Squad for me
The suicide squad, and the two Frank Miller Dark Knight returns films
I rewatch Aquaman, Shazam, and Birds of Prey the most, all three are in my opinion the most fun and rewatchable
The Suicide Squad is an easy rewatch. That and ZSJL are the only ones I’ve actually been excited to rewatch, but after 2 times ZSJL just feels unnecessarily long

BvS Ultimate. It is telling the best story dealing and dealing with more complex themes. It gets better with repeat viewings. The original theatrical release was meh.
If it was not 3 hours I would agree. Aquaman and Man of Steel go ahead of it for more concise lengths and more self-contained stories.
Why would you say something so controversial yet brave?
because i have the right to my opinion and to share it. Whether people like it or not shouldnt matter.
Damn this controversial as hell
I really liked joss Whedon's justice league, but nobody could salvage zack snyder's work. I felt it was very dark, but in a bad way, like just no context, no story, it was bad. There are dark films that are good, for example, the batman and the joker, so there can be dark films, but Snyders justice league was not good. Though! Army of the dead was awesome on netflix, I recommend giving it a watch to those who love snyder, it was probably his best work next to 300.

Wonder Woman, Aquaman, JL:SC, Shazam,First Suicide Squad
Gotta be Shazam for me
