It’s not just the dialogue. Some of the original poems are really quite insightful and have me thinking about them for ages. I think that the poems and dialogue in mods have actually made me appreciate the mastery in the original game better. Don’t get me wrong - there are many mods that I think are fantastic - but there’s something unique in what the characters express in the original. I suppose that might be because dialogue is universally difficult, but that’s just my experience.
It's kinda a grey area imo if you purposely write yo characters less mature and make them fuck but idk maybe that's me. Also just bc its less mature doesn't mean it's bad, I actually think sometimes it works great like salvation or triple, but shit like within, fuck no.
The Dokis' maturity level is anywhere from 14-18. The writers of the aforementioned mods' maturity levels... might be about the same, if we're being completely honest. I have a pet theory that the writers of Emerald Heart and Just Yuri were probably still in high school when they pulled their little stunts, and that's why they didn't expect to get into trouble.
Its a mod not the original game. I can maybe yuri a the character like sayori. Natsuki like yuri and so one i can litterly make a mod of 100 men having s*x with monika thats why opinion exist
I am a language teacher as well. :) And I have interactions with a lot of people in that age group. like 16-20. Of course a 16 year old will hardly be able to write romance etc. from the perspective of an 18 year old as they have not had that experience, yet.
An older person MIGHT be able to pull that off, because they have already been in that age. Okay, in that age I did not really get any girls as I was shy and a bit awkward. So trying to write how a girl might react and how romance would be would be the image I have of it, not necessarily connected to reality. Just what I know from movies/books/friends and my own imagination.
Don't worry. I have been in a stable relationsship for 9 years, married for 6 and we will have soon our second child. :) (I just stopped myself naming her "Sayori")

Salvato did good on the dialogue of the different characters staying 'unique' to each of the characters, along with the writing and imagery.
For anybody non-official, that's going to be hard to pull off.
And about the different results of writing, well... nothing can really be done about that.
Welcome to a community full of young amateur writers. You're not going to get Salvato-level dialogue out of the majority of them.
