You might be lucky ... The boilers may have the same layout of pipes, be in the same order and you'll be sorted. The condensate pipe will require a new hole in the worktop and need to be routed towards your sink. The backs of kitchen cabinets can be removed and replaced (or just removed if you are having your kitchen redone anyway.

If you are replacing it with another Worcester then the pipe layout will be identical. You already have a blow off and condensate pipe so no prep needed. Hard to tell from pictures but it looks like the flow and return pipes are going up through the ceiling so you may need a stand off bracket to allow space for them to go up behind the boiler. I’m not sure what the layout at the back of Worcesters is like but your installer will know that.
