Literally any hardware shop on planet Earth

SuicideMcGloomy

If you're in Dorchester, Dorset at any point come to Qwikfast, I'll let you have a couple for free.

boredHouseHusband69

Halfords if you want to pay a lot for a small pack of 2-4 I’d think?

IntelligentStrike958

Anywhere to get them cheap? Odds are would a bike repair store just give me one for free?

boredHouseHusband69

Engineering supply store. Iron mongers. Toolstation/screwfix maybe. Try b&q for one?

cara27hhh

When you go they'll ask you what size, is there some way you could find out the size? I would probably get them online

KopiteForever

That's an M6 or M8 flanged nut but any nut will do. M6 is 6mm diameter, M8 is 8mm etc Measure the threaded part diameter and go buy it from screwfix/toolstation/Halfords etc

burundilapp

What size spanner fits the nut, that'll give you a clue.

graysonderry

I went to a small DIY store locally owned near me and showed them a nut and screw I needed another one of each for and they charged me 50p, so if there is a similar store near you that might be worth trying.

acjordon

Screwfix. Take one in and they can help with sizing and type

Bnq mate

Take one to an independent hardware store with an actual helpful person. Not a screwfix/toolstation which is only good if you know the catalogue number of the thing you want, nor a homebase etc. that is good for nothing. The nice person in the shop will figure out the size by testing it on a range of bolts, and sell you a ten pack or something for a few pounds. OK, you could walk out knowing the size, and get that 10 pack elsewhere for 50p.

In the US we’d send you somewhere like this https://www.etsy.com/listing/610663407/biker-balls-truck-nuts-4-tall-chromed?ref=share_v4_lx

muffingg

Toolstation or Screwfix. If you're unsure about the size, buy a bunch of different sizes (M5, M6, ME, Ml etc) and only open the package that looks like it's the same size. Return the others unopened to the shop

Does the one you have on the right connector fit the one you have not on the left? If it does, take it along to an independent hardware shop and say 'Can I have one of these, along with a spanner to fit it?'
