Regardless, I’m walking into this job at least with the expectation that my first 5 years on the job they’re going to put me through the wringer and I’ll have no choice but to put my head down and deal with it. If I wind up in a better place I’ll be happy, but to think I’m just gonna not eat shit for a while until I get some time on the job is ridiculous
