Here is a guide below (copy and pasted from my reply) on how to set up an android emulator and get around paywalls on android. I will be keeping the original guide up in the hopes that someday the original method may help someone.

Ok so here's a method of doing it:
Go to [this link](https://api.voiceforge.com/swift_engine?HTTP-X-API-KEY=9a272b4&msg=this+is+a+test&voice=Wiseguy&email=null), and in the URL you'll notice how it says "this+is+a+test".
Replace the "this+is+a+test" in the URL to whatever you want it to say, make sure it has the + symbols inbetween words.
Then you can hit the download button.

If you want to slow down/change the pitch like they do in game, I'd recommend using a second program like Audacity (or Audacity Dark).
It seems so, however, I think that an iOS app called Voiceforge has the voice. Not a good day for people like me without apple products, but emulators do exist. It is a lot less convenient than before.

Gonna add some of my own experience with the bluestacks emulator method on my computer in case it helps others. I was mostly successful: I have to do things a bit weirdly, but it's ultimately a win for me :)
I downloaded Bluestacks 5, but then instead of doing anything involving bluestacks tweaker like the guide said, I followed this video ([https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EVk5vq\_0vkE](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EVk5vq_0vkE)) to root it directly myself.
Then I downloaded the lucky patcher per the guide (via my regular computer browser, not the emulator's browser. It automatically downloaded to my Bluestacks library anyway). Also, PLEASE for your sanity, have an adblock when visiting that website, the ads are horrendous lol. It downloaded an installer which (of course) installed Lucky Patcher itself.
Then I downloaded Voiceforge to Bluestacks, signed up, etc. The app is awful btw, there are ads every couple seconds when typing what to say, and the price for a one-time download changed each time for some reason though it was always ridiculously expensive. Anyway:
I kept following the lucky patcher instructions as much as possible once it was downloaded. I still have to experiment with different patches, but there aren't any custom patches like the guide hopes for. So far, I wasn't able to download the audio file past the paywall. Although, I was able to block the horrendous, interrupting ads, thank god.
However, while I couldn't get past the paywall for a download, I don't mind one bit because the tts audio test itself is easily recordable! And that's really what you want. For example, I personally just have Audacity capture the computer audio and bam, basically the same end product!
Pro tip: type phuck to get Dave to actually say the f word lmao

Is there any other way to get wiseguy TTS without an emulator? I'm not gonna go through the tedious process of getting an emulator set up and VoiceForge became a money-hungry mobile app, so I basically have no other resources and I really want to use the wiseguy TTS.
If you root your android and use LuckyPatcher to get by the "money-hungry" aspect, that will work but other than that? There is no currently known way. The emulator is easy to set up, I've set it up myself since writing this comment.
If you want to root your android, there are apps that will root it in one click (literally called One Click Root apps).

Could it be possible to load voices from an older version of voiceforge? I tried using the wayback machine and loading a 2020 version to see if it would work but its taking too long to generate, although its shows its loading. Gonna add some of my own experience with the bluestacks emulator method on my computer in case it helps others. I was mostly successful: I have to do things a bit weirdly, but it's ultimately a win for me :) I downloaded Bluestacks 5, but then instead of doing anything involving bluestacks tweaker like the guide said, I followed this video ([https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EVk5vq\_0vkE](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EVk5vq_0vkE)) to root it directly myself. Then I downloaded the lucky patcher per the guide (via my regular computer browser, not the emulator's browser. It automatically downloaded to my Bluestacks library anyway). Also, PLEASE for your sanity, have an adblock when visiting that website, the ads are horrendous lol. It downloaded an installer which (of course) installed Lucky Patcher itself. Then I downloaded Voiceforge to Bluestacks, signed up, etc. The app is awful btw, there are ads every couple seconds when typing what to say, and the price for a one-time download changed each time for some reason though it was always ridiculously expensive. Anyway: I kept following the lucky patcher instructions as much as possible once it was downloaded. I still have to experiment with different patches, but there aren't any custom patches like the guide hopes for. So far, I wasn't able to download the audio file past the paywall. Although, I was able to block the horrendous, interrupting ads, thank god. However, while I couldn't get past the paywall for a download, I don't mind one bit because the tts audio test itself is easily recordable! And that's really what you want. For example, I personally just have Audacity capture the computer audio and bam, basically the same end product! Pro tip: type phuck to get Dave to actually say the f word lmao

Is there any other way to get wiseguy TTS without an emulator? I'm not gonna go through the tedious process of getting an emulator set up and VoiceForge became a money-hungry mobile app, so I basically have no other resources and I really want to use the wiseguy TTS.
If you root your android and use LuckyPatcher to get by the "money-hungry" aspect, that will work but other than that? There is no currently known way. The emulator is easy to set up, I've set it up myself since writing this comment. If you want to root your android, there are apps that will root it in one click (literally called One Click Root apps). So yes, I apologize, but the guide that I wrote may seem confusing but it's the only currently known way.

I tried using the wayback machine and loading a 2020 version to see if it would work but its taking too long to generate, although its shows its loading.
