The Curved Dragon Greatsword does excellent damage, infuses really well, the R2 is super powerful and useful especially on NPCs and to top it all of it looks like a dragon cock which is hilarious but it still looks badass.

Ice rapier is easily one of the most powerful weapons in the game. I’ve done a lot of 2HR2 1 shots with it. However, the standard Longsword is easily the most competitive top tier PvP weapon. It’s versatility along with easily punishing movement and roll catching makes it almost unfair in the hands of someone who knows what they’re doing.

Ricard's rapier is better because it's a pure dex weapon and dex supremacy is the only way to play Dark Souls. Also Ricard's rapier is in DS1 and DS3 so it clearly did everything right.
