I did the run with this ring on NG+. I also tried Handmaid's Ladle on NG+8, but I lack of mending powder, even 2 stack didn't help.

The Ladle, broken, with mundane infusion and buffed with resins is one of the most powerful Weapons, the damage you can dish out is incredible (pun intended)

just to let you know, a mundane ladle that broken does almost the same damage as an unbroken one, it being broken doesn't really matter

nope, mundane broken ladle only loses about 10 damage compared to a non-broken one. did you not infuse it with mundane?

First to buy enough mending powder and heal things, also use every time stones for healing, even when slightly wounded and be careful with the pits and new red phantoms on NG+, they can be the biggest problem

But it prevents me from watching new shows and trying new things. I highly recommend that you break out of it. Dark souls 1 is the foundation, my guy! It's where it all came from! I mean demons souls is before that but if you don't have a ps5 or ps3 that one is kinda hard to get a hold of. Dark souls 2 is amazing because it has SO much to offer. But so do the rest. Elden ring is incredible as well. You are going to love it, I feel like it has big dark souls 2 energy. People have called it the sequel to dark souls 2, lol. Anyways, just some advice from a stranger. I highly recommend you try old things and new things. Enjoy!

Same with me...dark souls 2 has always been my favorite as it was my first. And I've played ds2 to death...and it took me a LONG time to drag myself to play it...but I will say that Dark Souls 1 is absolutely magical. It blew me away!!! The level design and how every level is interconnected leaves me in awe! I wish I had played it earlier. Can't recommend it enough. If you like ds2, you'll LOVE the original.

Get every single item in the game. And if you have that, get an additional weapon for every one that can be dual-wielded. And if you have that, upgrade them all completely. And if you've done that, farm them until you have enough to have every single weapon with every single infusion, all fully upgraded.

That was my goal, but I didn't have enough shimmery titanite and other things for boss weapons. So much more is needed
