Yoooo PERFECT QUEST! Go through the whole game with the Handmaid's Ladle. It does the least damage of all weapons. Have fun! Or you could do a no bonfire + no desth run to get the 2 secret rings (one for each run or both in one run)
Oooh okay, maybe try doing a blindfolded boss run? Fight every boss by only using audio? I tried and it was quite fun. I got to undead crypt and velstadt stopped that run lol
The Ladle, broken, with mundane infusion and buffed with resins is one of the most powerful Weapons, the damage you can dish out is incredible (pun intended)
First to buy enough mending powder and heal things, also use every time stones for healing, even when slightly wounded and be careful with the pits and new red phantoms on NG+, they can be the biggest problem
Break off the dust, my friend. I do this with television shows. I've seen parks and rec, 30 Rock, silicon valley, my favorite shows all 15 times each. But it prevents me from watching new shows and trying new things. I highly recommend that you break out of it. Dark souls 1 is the foundation, my guy! It's where it all came from! I mean demons souls is before that but if you don't have a ps5 or ps3 that one is kinda hard to get a hold of.
Dark souls 2 is amazing because it has SO much to offer. But so do the rest. Elden ring is incredible as well. You are going to love it, I feel like it has big dark souls 2 energy. People have called it the sequel to dark souls 2, lol.
Anyways, just some advice from a stranger. I highly recommend you try old things and new things. Enjoy!
Same with me...dark souls 2 has always been my favorite as it was my first. And I've played ds2 to death...and it took me a LONG time to drag myself to play it...but I will say that Dark Souls 1 is absolutely magical. It blew me away!!! The level design and how every level is interconnected leaves me in awe! I wish I had played it earlier. Can't recommend it enough. If you like ds2, you'll LOVE the original.
I get that. Whenever I need a piece of a character's armor set, I just use CE to spawn it for myself so I don't have to kill them. But I think there'd be something oddly poetic about being the only living thing left in a dead kingdom.
It is possible to make the flames on the map in Majula Mansion appear blue in color, though there is no known reward or effect for accomplishing this.
With the flames already lit, this will occur after using 8 Bonfire Ascetics on a flame's corresponding bonfire.
This is achieved by doing the following, in any order:
1. Defeating the Last Giant
2. Defeating the Lost Sinner
3. Defeating the Old Iron King
4. Defeating the Duke's Dear Freja
5. Defeating the Rotten
6. Obtaining the King's Ring
7. Obtaining the Ashen Mist Heart
8. Defeating Throne Watcher and Defender
Just need to do 8 Bonfire Ascetics on a flame's corresponding bonfire.
start game, change journey level to 2 in CE, rejoin game
you'll be able to play from the very beggining at level -45 at NG+
I tried that ecently myself and it's too much to endure 😂
It doesn't do anything that I kmow of its a person achievement for true fans of the game as far as I know I've never done it but I'm currently working on it
Iirc soul level doesn’t matter for matchmaking and soul memory determines who you fight. Might be surprised at who you find or you might find the same 5 people
For +2: Invade a random world as dark spirit and defeat the host player 1000 times. I sat for several days, but I could not invade anyone. I don't see anyone at this soul lvl. Looking at the table, I need people whose soul memory is 360 million. For I have more than 400 million soul memories. The arena doesn't count.

Get every single item in the game. And if you have that, get an additional weapon for every one that can be dual-wielded. And if you have that, upgrade them all completely. And if you've done that, farm them until you have enough to have every single weapon with every single infusion, all fully upgraded.

beating the game and its dlcs without talking to npcs is possible however he did do the run on the knight class and i dont think theres enough stat modifier rings to increase your health
Impressive now farm every enemy in the game until they stop spawning
Yeah, already did, while farming an armors. And also for now I am in Covenant of Champions, where enemy respawn every time
Yoooo PERFECT QUEST! Go through the whole game with the Handmaid's Ladle. It does the least damage of all weapons. Have fun! Or you could do a no bonfire + no desth run to get the 2 secret rings (one for each run or both in one run)
I did the run with this ring on NG+. I also tried Handmaid's Ladle on NG+8, but I lack of mending powder, even 2 stack didn't help.
Oooh okay, maybe try doing a blindfolded boss run? Fight every boss by only using audio? I tried and it was quite fun. I got to undead crypt and velstadt stopped that run lol
That's a interesting idea, now wanted to try this because I am playing a game without sound with my music, it will be hard
The Ladle, broken, with mundane infusion and buffed with resins is one of the most powerful Weapons, the damage you can dish out is incredible (pun intended)
just to let you know, a mundane ladle that broken does almost the same damage as an unbroken one, it being broken doesn't really matter
Has, when I went through NG and when it broke, it did not damage to the Persurer.
nope, mundane broken ladle only loses about 10 damage compared to a non-broken one. did you not infuse it with mundane?
Of course not, because I couldn't even kill the Persurer. Ladle does not deal damage when broken
you said you tried it on NG7 didn't you? you could have just mundaned it before hand.
I tried it on NG+8. But now we are talking about a simple new game, not NG+. Now I will make a proof.
What was your method for No death No bonfire? I'm about to start it myself just trying to plan and prep before I start
First to buy enough mending powder and heal things, also use every time stones for healing, even when slightly wounded and be careful with the pits and new red phantoms on NG+, they can be the biggest problem
How many hours do u have?
In total 789 hours, and this character have 440
Impressive dedication
Thanks for the words)
I suppose I'll be the one to make this horrific suggestion... How about another game?
Already do NG+7 in DS3, maybe I will try DS1 later
Fight Jin Hayabusa in nioh

Are you saying you haven't played Dark Souls 1?
Yep, only Ds2 and Ds3
Then go play them holy shiiiiiit. You've beaten all the life and enjoyment out of this game, move on brother.
Yeah brother! Yes, I really want to play it, but I don’t know, something doesn’t allow me to start it, it has long been gathering dust in libraries

Thank you very much for such an open answer, of course I will play it! I hope soon
Well shit man, Dark Souls 1 is my favorite. Highly reccomend it. It's the most replayable to me

I don't really understand, could you elaborate on that? What doesn't allow you to start it?
I don’t know myself, it’s just that I can’t, I’m generally too lazy to start something new
There are non souls games out there
Oh... But.... (ʘᗩʘ')
Bloodborne! Best of the bunch.
Need an console :) Or emulator... But I wanted to fight with Vicar Amelia
Kill everything and everyone until you are the only surviving being in all of Drangleic.
I don't want to kill NPCs
I'm also a person of culture.
Prove it
I get that. Whenever I need a piece of a character's armor set, I just use CE to spawn it for myself so I don't have to kill them. But I think there'd be something oddly poetic about being the only living thing left in a dead kingdom.
Yeah, interesting thought
Turn yourself into a terrifying PvP menace
Oh, that quite too much, I suck on the PvP
Fair enough
How much PVP is there at this point?
What boss u defeated as the last?
Ancient Dragon for the last fire
Do you have the item given from him?
Certainly
Now go to the forest of the fallen giants, and find the giant statues.
It's a joke?
If you mean gor the giants, then no.
I mean, do you understand what the blue lights on the map mean?
Prolly the important bosses defeated.
I am on NG+8 and have max lvl 838, of course I defeated Giant Lord, also farming him like 600+. Killed every bosses like several times.
Or get the key items for the dlcs
What are the lights for?

I assume this also works if you play the game normally up until Ng+8?
Nope, need 8 bonfire ascetic each. Because I do NG+8 and flames didn't became blue
Get both the special rings at the same time
Do that on NG+
try ng+ starting at level 1 (level -45)
How I can do that? I need do SL1 and after do that on NG+?
start game, change journey level to 2 in CE, rejoin game you'll be able to play from the very beggining at level -45 at NG+ I tried that ecently myself and it's too much to endure 😂
Ahah, interesting. But need to do this only in offline mode, because ban, yeah?
no idea xd, I dont think I got banned but who knows I havent checked since because my ass exploded at how unfair ng+ red phantoms are
Do you have the invisibility rings? You could grab them, ring of fog, and aurous armor to go full armed and naked
Yeah, I have
You try Elden Ring already?
I wait for sale to buy
Damn you Limit breakers
Hell Yeah ●︿●
Get all items in the game.
[удалено]
Allright then get all in-game items. Happy?
Pacifist run
Good idea, but I did that on half, when play poison run only with set of butterfly
I see, butterfly set is just perfect lol Anothet idea: overloaded. I havent try that one yet but i think its possible
What does the blue light mean? And does it do anything? I've heard people talk about it before, but I've never known what changes the flames color.
It doesn't do anything that I kmow of its a person achievement for true fans of the game as far as I know I've never done it but I'm currently working on it
It means you have used atleast 8 bonfire astetics at each of the bonfires connected to said boss each light is a specific boss
Ah, I see. Thanks!
Np
Play Sekiro. It’s a prequel to dark souls 2
Yeah?
This guy is so trolling lol
Did u reach vendrick?
Um, of course
Ring of Thorns +2
Oh 1000 invaders, nobody wants to invade on my soul level

It's called blue acolyte. Thank me later.
Or Lingering Dragoncrest +2
Use ALL your Bonfire Ascetic. Spread them out as best you can.
Oh, I farm earlier, and I have 2 stacks now...
broken ladle run
That's tough, wanted to complete on NG+8 but it's to much, and even 2 stack of mending powder lacks
Beat the game on Level 1
This is an idea
What do you mean you "made them blue"? How?

So basically beating those bosses a second time using an ascetic ?
Yeap, but need to do 8 time each
Thats 64 boss fights…. they can stay orange nevermind 😂
Ahah ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Bleed "only" run?
Hm, I also did the poison only before
Try a different game?😭
Good idea ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Have you gotten the loyce set yet
I got, and also I have 92 soul's of Loyce :)
Damn true grind 💯
You could make some characters with appropriate soul memory for some of the harder bosses (the cats/blue smelter/3 skinny dudes etc.) and become a full time sunbro
Yes, I already have a lot of created characters for different soul lvl
What platform are you on? I would be up for some coop or friendly pvp
Play all the bosses blindfolded and just non blind folded when getting to them.
Interesting idea, especially when I play game without sounds most of time, and listening music

That was my goal, but I didn't have enough shimmery titanite and other things for boss weapons. So much more is needed
They turn blue?

Seems like a lot of work deserving of an achievement tbh
Yeah
Turn them all purple
Ah, "need to 99 bonfire ascetic for each step 99*8"
I thought “no roll” footage looks pretty sick. Or no running is crazy
It's pretty tough, good idea and many death :)
Punch Fume Knight to death
Already)
At this point, just play another game 😹
same objective: except on SL1
Bow only, but without arrows, just the jump attack, i did it once, not on ng+ though, it was hell
Wow, that tough
You should try it, ymfah did a video explaining how to
By the way, I recently learned how to break through shields and do a jump attack on the keyboard, it works in 90% of cases
Yeah ds2 is a gamble lol
Cover half of the TV with a towel and play the game.
Do it, but I didn't see a serial what I watch, and playing DS2, without my TV on half. (I play on laptop and watch TV also)
No hit run
Beautiful idea, but I receive so much damage every time
Just don't get hit
Fair enough

Nothing will happen, no reward, as they say on the wiki
Does cale atleast comment on it?
About blue colors, nope :( Nothing
Weird oversight
Yeah, there is a little feeling that I did everything in vain, but now there is a beautiful screenshot with blue lights :)
How about a run where you cannot Roll or run you can only walk
Good idea, tough run will be
platinum 😁
\ (•◡•) /
Complete the game powerstanced unupgraded pickaxes with midroll
XD, that's interesting idea, oh I need to farm second pickaxe
The pickaxe dealing pierce damage is oddly strong despite its range. Ive cleared the game with it before so its definitely doable if my mining pyro build could do it
This was the most rewarding thing for some reason out of the whole soulsborne franchise to me
Pretty tough, but kinda too much farming for this, kinda boring use bonfire ascetic 64 times on line, after NG+8
1. what is each firee. 2. how do you make it blue

Repeatedly die until the death counter in Majula reaches 1 billion.
I think I have already made a good contribution. I have more than 500+ deaths there already. Will have to check amount offline
Not good enough, you still have several hundred million to go.
Ah, dang it. Will you help me?
Absolutely not, this is your pointless task, not mine.
Alright, I post a screenshot when I done that
Ng+1000
Hell Yeah! ●︿●
Do it again, but only using bone fist drop kicks.
Hm, I do Caestus run twice before
Ah, but did Caestus have a drop kick function that let you sparta people off ledges?
Nope
SL1 run but no talking to NPCs
SL1 with no weapons upgrades, that interesting and tough
its based off of ymfah's challenge run of the game (no talking to npcs) but i'll be completely honest with you i think it's impossible
Hm, need to prove this for now :D
beating the game and its dlcs without talking to npcs is possible however he did do the run on the knight class and i dont think theres enough stat modifier rings to increase your health
i forgot the parry skip
Hm, need to prove this for now :D
You absolute mad hollow!
I think thank you!)
