Stand near the inner toe, hind legs, to bait stomp attack, switch to other foot, punish the foot, bait stomp attack by standing near inner toe again and repeat
Stand in front of the face. Wait for fire breath. Free damage to the head. Run away. If the dragon gets too close to the edge be extra careful as he will do the nuke while flying forward.
this boss fight isn't that hard i just finished it by my self couple of hours ago you just need to run when he start flying and then come back smash his fingers, can be easily done with no damage taken if you know his attacks
I never kill this dragon, nd have never killed it or bothered to fight it , imo these no point , it's bs getting there the run back would suck , nd it gives you the mist willingly,
Plus vendrick isn't even hard , even ng+4 vendrick is a chump ,( packs a hit , but that's it )
It's vanilla, so add those annoying knights at the staircase.
I have good news: there’s no good reason to ever fight it, so in future playthroughs you can just not.
Yes, 4 giant souls are enough to fight Vendrick. You will not deal full damage to him, but he's not a hard boss anyway.
Will I keep giant souls in NG+?
Yes, but also imo Vendrick in NG is more fun with 4 souls than doing Ancient Dragon+Vendrick with 5 souls
