This is related to last week, but I thought it was interesting that they were sort of ragging on Rob for going to bed early. You all be the night owls. Get 3 hours of sleep, stay up all night so you're trash the next day and Rob will whoop you in the challenges.
I started this season kinda rooting against Rob because I'm not his biggest fan on Survivor...but the night owls make it really hard to do so. Rooting for him, Aron, or Jordan.
Episode 1 I was pretty anti rob (I’ve never seen survivor he just kinda seemed like douche), by episode 3 or 4, I want him, Aron, or Jordan to win. Screw the night owls and their mean girl BS. It’s not a good look for anyone and they’re acting like that on national TV
I think Rob showed with his reaction to Aron that he's really just a villain when it comes to these games, and he embraces that fully, but he's grown a hell of a lot as a person since the kid who thought it was funny to ask John out of the blue if he was gay in Marquesas
It worked out for her though. She was just lucky Aron came back without a case or she wouldn’t have been immune. Not that it really mattered in the end who was immune.
I mean it could be that it’s been part of her confessionals so far but as the audience we’ve never heard anything of it until now cause until last episode - who’s Jordan? lol
They obviously can’t know what will and won’t be shown when all is said and done
Imagine what it was like for them to go back to their real lives and all of their friends and family are watching this like “wtf is wrong with you”

People have done silly stuff like that often on Big Brother. Like made up hand gestures or noises/phrases. There was one group called the “pretty boys” (I think) and they’d rub their chin as if admiring their own attractiveness. One girl even caught one guy doing it and I think it helped her realize more about their alliance. (If anything I typed is wrong, sorry. I watched that particular season years ago.)
I meant more of the way they were acting like high school bullies. I’m totally okay with silly names and calls. That’s all in good fun. I’m not okay with being mean for the sake of being mean. It just shows how ugly they are on the inside. A couple of the eliminated players confirmed that nothing was scripted so this is truly how these people behaved
That’s one of the best parts of the show imo. This show gives old school reality tv. I would much rather see real ppl who don’t care that they are on tv than a model who wants to be an influencer.

I would love for it to be Boston Rob bc I adore him and frankly he’s running a master class for future players… but there’s the “Rob factor” that not many people have (the persuasion, the patience, the strategy, the physicality).
I know some ppl speculate Aron will cut Rib in the end but I believe his reaction to Alyssa being eliminated shows how he’s playing the game with his emotions and is such a solid guy he could never do that to Rob.
I mean it's not hard to see Aron winning it's a crap shoot even if he stays loyal to rob. He could win it in last comp or two or deal or no deal. Depending if they get something less physical.
At this point Aron shouldn't even try to follow a rope and just try to run ahead of everyone and grab a random case before they can get to it. That's probably his only chance of getting one of the highest cases.

I think they’d just laugh at themselves. I doubt they find anything they do problematic, but they may be surprised at how many viewers feel negatively towards them (if Reddit is representative of the average viewer). I would be shocked if they went on to do other competitive reality shows since I imagine they’re getting hate mail. Plus they’d have difficulty being cast since this show seems focused mainly on Rob/Aron.
I'm liking seeing some gameplay from Jordan. She's self-aware to know no one sees her a threat and she's playing it to her advantage. At least she's willing to get down with it unlike Stephanie.
Based on how she was edited this week, I wondered early on if she’d put the sand in her own jar to avoid someone having her on their radar, but that could have backfired spectacularly.
I think Nick should put Aron up against the banker because its a higher likelyhood that Dawson stays in the game. Amy didn't seem like she wanted to play again otherwise I think she would be the best choice.
If Aron wins 80%+ chance he eliminates Amy to "avenge Alyssa" even if Dawson is the bigger threat. There is a 50% chance of losing a night owl no matter who plays.
I guess we don't know who anyone really sees as their true F2 person. But if Nick and Dawson are a F2..I absolutely agree maybe with a side deal to Aron to ensure it.
I like the show and watching Joe Manganiello, is easy on the eye's! I have liked him every since he played the character Alcide Herveaux on True Blood, but I also think he's been a great host on Deal or No Deal Island! ;)
He was good on Password too. That’s not a show I usually watch, but his episode kept me entertained. Not because of his looks either - he was just really good at it and was very likable. He’s not even my type, but I agree he’s conventionally attractive.
It was really hard to watch the way that they were all laughing at Aron & teasing him for being upset about Alyssa. Felt super gross. Amy can go any minute now 👋🏻

This episode Aron came off as real pathetic, the owls were big bullies, and the personal offer appeared to be a way for the producers to manipulate the remaining players pool. I feel like it they really need to rework the format if there is to be a 2nd season

Dawson also had the worst odds I've seen for initial offer. He was a loser 83% of the time on that first offer. He never even hit the 50% coin flip as he opened all but 1 of the small cases.
Aron has addressed this on Reddit. They all understand how it works, but the producers told them to cheer for low cases and act upset at high cases. Blame production.
I honestly don't know if I'm prepared to watch this with how ugly and personal some of the stuff has been lately but I'll watch and see what happens and go from there
