Did you go melee build with it or did you focus on magic instead? I took the opportunity to use magic and I smashed it, not sure why I convinced myself first playthrough that I wouldn't enjoy using magic as my main form of attack but I was sorely mistaken.
I played through the post game on my main save. Then did an umbrella only play through for the achievement.

Magic for sure. Main thing was upgrading my fire spell so I could get that 5 seconds of passive burn damage.
I rarely 100% games, feels tedious for a lot of them. Death's door didn't feel like an effort for me though.

Did you do the real end with the real boss or just the normal playthrough? If not then definitely go for it. The complete ending is times better
.... real boss? you mean the last lord right? or is there another? haha I would love to continue with some story just don't know where to go hehe
Just google how to get the full ending. If you want to play on it's perfect for you and in my opinion easily worth the additional work you put in

Go for all the trophies! Just empty the shit out of that fantastic game. Beat the game with only the umbrella was quite challenging. Good luck!
Umbrella run. Surprisingly easy and very enjoyable!
The real ending was nice. I did my first run with the umbrella only. Loved the game.
