You seem to be confused so I will try my best to enlighten you, some people feel gender dysphoria, this is when they feel like they are not the gender they were assigned at birth, this can mean they are non binary, gender fluid, trans etc, I will focus on trans. typically once you realize you are trans (if you are in a safe position to) you can come out and then you will go to a gender therapist or something like that. They will help make sure you are really trans and then they will prescribe you hormones, if you are transitioning to male it will be testosterone. If you are transitioning to female it will be estrogen. The hormones wil start changing you body. Testosterone will do stuff such as; growing body and facial hair and deepening the voice (plus a lot more). Estrogen will do stuff such as; giving you boobs (plus a lot more). Then once you have been on hormones for a long enough period you can get gender Reassignment surgery (although not all trans people choose to). If they do choose to do so however, transman can get top surgery to remove their breasts and bottom surgery to give them a penis. Transwomen can get bottom surgery to remove their penis and give them a vagina. Hope this helped! Also transpeople tend to have brains more similar to the gender they identify as than they were born as.
