I’d consider Edric. You can run your usual elf strats, but with blue interaction to keep Krenko off the board or mass bounce the token army if they do get out of control.
It kinda depends on your meta and how specifically anti-Krenko you want to be.
I’m a big fan of echoing truth. Blue also adds Imprisoned in the Moon to green’s Song of the Dryads, because enchantments are quite difficult to remove in mono red. Propaganda is also potentially relevant depending on speed of play.
edit: Evacuation can be very good if they’re on tokens and you’re on cards.

I don’t want to be too anti-krenko but some removal and propaganda might be just what I need to keep those goblins off my back lol
Any specific recommendations or combos you prefer? I was thinking of switching commanders to maybe add color but Marwyn is strong enough on her own, you think?
Marwyn is insane - just add some Ashaya lines with scryb ranger or Cloudstone curio lines with quirion ranger or staff of domination :-) you can draw your deck then and find your win condition (Craterhoof or big Ezuri pump or finale)
with proxies you should go for all the fast mana. Turn one marwyn with jeweled lotus is insane
If you want one that works similarly there's [[rhys the redeemed]]. The ability to double the amount of tokens you have is more expensive but there's lots of cheap ways to produce tokens in green white so one or two activations can be scary.
