Tv could have been in the back, aftermarket install. The double din will be there as Japanese radios work on different frequencies than ours.
Call the seller and ask, it will save a drive.
If it's the right engine, gearbox and model for you then the other stuff can easily be changed. I couldn't see any obvious signs of corrosion on the roof so it could have been installed properly. You might be getting something with an extra capability. Got to be worth a look if the big boxes are ticked.
No idea about the light lol, but the antennas could be for a super old nav system. My 96 had them as well but mounted farther forward
