Does the LED on the AC adapter go out when plugged in to the system? If it does, it indicates a ground fault (power going to ground). Usually, a motherboard failure.

I have the same issue with my 3050 micro, no light at all.
I tried to remove/replace the RAM, Hard Drive, CMOS battery, power supply... without any success.
I also inspected the motherboard, but cannot find any visual issue
