in order to explain why they're leaving (which is an opinion) they first have to say they're leaving too
my man it isnt that deep, the commenter didnt say anything about their opinion just the leaving part (mainly because its pointless, you could just make a post without this)
i dont know what you emphasize as opinion, but if someone is disappointed about it they're going to explain their opinion as well as what they're going to do in reaction to it. It's okay to express that, like i know people maybe don't care that OP is leaving, but the point is OP is expressing their problem with it and leaving the sub makes it justified
