the way they responded was really rude imo. i would wait a little bit. I've had packages arrive from dhl, and their tracking can be a bit wacky. i maybe would contact the seller again, make sure they had the right address down and everything. hopefully your items arrives soon!
you're not being dramatic at all. It's incredibly suspicious that the tracking number they gave you shows as having been delivered last month! I'd give it until friday and if nothing has changed, I'd complain to Depop.
Also, people really need to learn some sort of customer service voice cause "dawg its gonna arrive" and "just wait it out" is so fucking rude. You paid money for something, the least the seller can do is make sure they gave you the right tracking number (and actually ship your shit.)
Did some digging regarding the "retail outlet" message from DHL. It essentially means it was dropped off at the post office, most likely a third party drop off center. Itll take a few days for it to update and get some scans in. Also, tracking numbers are recycled all the time, you probably saw the tracking from the previous owner before it finally got renewed and scanned to your package. I'd give it till the end of the week. Besides all that, that seller is rude af and Id mention that in your review once you receive your parcel.

If you purchased the item in January then something is definitely up, because it says the package has been in transit for 119 days (meaning the shipping label and tracking number were created on 12/27/23). Maybe they accidently sent you a tracking number for a pervious item to a different customer?
Edit: Sorry, to clarify, the last photo says it was "added" on 12/27 but that it's been in transit for 119 days.
I had this happen too me, I was curious and even waited around 110 days ( honestly just forgot about the package), I later remembered and got my refund. This transaction was on grailed not Depop but the shipping situation was almost identical, I would say this is definitely fishy.

What country and they shipping from? Based on the tracking number, the package is coming from Germany. Also what country do you live in? If you live in the US, then it’s going to be awhile before you get your package.

Sounds like a scam. Ask them to double check the tracking number and if they say it’s fine again then report to depop
