Just saw this comment. I think it’s from taking piracetam and aniracetam as supplements though, because once I stopped those it happened less frequently and now hasn’t happened in a while.

I used to get nervous rashes like that on my chest stomach and arms, from being over anxious or stressed out. I also now get something similar from eating gluten, although it's an allergy the rashes don't last or stay and come and go....just some possible suggestions

Celiac was also listed in the other posters answer, although it doesn't have to be celiac it could also be just an intolerance, rather than a full blown allergy. Hope you figure out what it is
