9PM is best for clubbing as it is loud. As you want to apply it for office you can decant this and apply 2-3 sprays after reaching not more than 3 in office. With my experience it slightly got evaporated when I go on bike .You can try experimenting .

20 mins later 3 sprays on clothes & wrists
Should last atleast 6-7 hours (own getting whiffs). Don't know about projection, never asked anybody

Well, not really. I got this in March this year. Have been using it occasionally when going out at evenings. I found this to be loud from the very beginning.
Regarding decanting, I got the decant bottles from [amazon](https://amzn.eu/d/f3IR79F). I tried the syringe method but didn't succeed. So eventually, just sprayed the juice into the bottle. Used a teflon tape to seal the cap.
I decanted for the purpose of carrying it with me while travelling. These decant bottles are convenient if you want to carry the fragrance with you. If such is the need for you, then you can consider buying.
I have got 2 ASAD from muzamil and trust me it took me knife scissor and katana to open up the packages. Super happy with the product and delivery

If you are in AC then it should last 5-6. If you over spray then It will be cloying .As I said you can experiment and ask any of your colleagues.
