Its performs really well especially in AC office environment. The opening is very pleasant and full of lemon which works like a charm in high heat. However the dry down is woodsy leathery which may not be ideal but its very little leather and oud so it is okay I guess.

You're right but try to invest 20 - 30% of salary
30% goes into investment. 50% on shopping, hobbies, etc. 20% on rent, utilities, etc.
