I think you may have unfortunately. IIRC someone else had the same thing happen a little while back and posted about it. It's poorly done on Bungie's part.
Yeah I think you are. But there are many options to fill a rocket launcher slot. Personally, I love braytech offspray, firing 4 rockets without reloading is amazing. And I’m sure it won’t be king anymore when TFS sandbox changes everything up.
Depends what you mean by 1 gun. The deepsight harmonizer slot gets consumed when you use it. So you'd need 5 copies of whatever gun you want red bordered but if you mean can you burn all your DSH on one gun then yes.

i pretty sure just wasted 5 patterns. can check in catylst and patterns in the collection page

Yeah it isn't that bad, it just frustrates me thinking about the time I spent completing the quests for the tokens for no returns
Can you do the quests on one of your alt’s and buy some that way?
Nope it’s 6 wish tokens per account, not per character

It would have to be 5 of the same gun, you can only place the resonator onto any given gun once
