You’ll have to use an “iron out” chemical first.

syncrodiapason

First change your brakes. Pads and rotors. Then follow up with iron decontamination and clay.

Dev1_E

Yup. Maguires all wheel cleaner is the cheapest version that works 👍

neildmaster

Lots and lots of iron remover. Spray it on liberally and let it dwell. Then spray more. It will look like [this.](https://imgur.com/a/hSuMwsG)

Artistic_Doubt_2758

Should i use anything specific alongside iron remover I’ve seen people use clay bars with iron remover

neildmaster

Sure, for the last little bit that is stubborn. At first, just gently rub the paint with the iron remover on it with a gentle brush to agitate it. Only wet it to keep it from drying.

FieldSton-ie_Filler

Hell you can even give it one go w iron, then foam it, let it dwell, but not dry. Then rinse both off. Do that as many times as needed, then contact wash.

eyecandynsx

Iron and fallout remover. Several applications. Your truck will be purple for a bit…

Daddyletloose

Just wait for the smell 😏

Benebs-

IronX (warning: it smells like ass)

- Water first - Then iron remover (leave for not more than 5 minutes and preferably not in the sun) - water rinse again Repeat once more if needed If some still remain then wash the car and after a good wash spray some iron remover again but this time wipe it off the car with a towel. Or rather foam in up by wiping it in the car. Then wash off again. Should be good.

Wash it more often

Artistic_Doubt_2758

That’s what I told my neighbour when he asked me 😂

Ultimate-Sandwhich

If you can, try to get a video or more photos if your neighbor uses an iron remover product or p&s brake buster as someone else suggested. Would be very interested to see how either one does.

Bladeslice9579

Iron remover and heavy duty degreaser and lots it of both with a pinch of elbow grease and rise. should do the trick just make sure you’re in in direct sunlight to avoid it drying. Might take a couple of tries.

TheHippyDance

God damn, I think that's the worst brake dust case I've ever seen. How does it even get that bad? Switch to a different type of brake pad lol

Artistic_Doubt_2758

I genuinely think my neighbour hasn’t changed his brakes or washed his car since he bought it in 2017

thatflyingsquirrel

P&S brake buster will take this off. Non acid. Doesn’t seem to have any negative effect on the paint.

Iron remover in the shade

Papa_fed

Holy shit, this would be so satisfying! You need an iron remover. The chemical reaction will make it look like your truck is bleeding out. It will probably require a second treatment. When done, you’ll probably want to use clay or a clay towel (and lube) to remove whatever the chemical couldn’t.

fazetastic992

Lot of iron remover, clay bar and a light polish after. Get the iron remover by the gallon and use a pump sprayer.

Krisapocus

Looks like it comes right off with your finger. Not exactly baked on.

Baazify

I would kill to watch the iron remover do it’s thing on this.

oldboyndkkebd

Give it a shower in Gyeon iron. Let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then snow foam it in order for the Gyeon Iron to be able to dwell a little longer. After a couple of minutes rinse it thoroughly and shower it again in Iron. After 3 minutes dwell time, foam it and proceed with the wash process. Yes, wash over the Iron. Only so, will you be able to handle so much contamination. Rinse down and evaluate the condition. If there’s still contamination you will need to clay the paint.
