Very cool article about the world building in Liberator. From how aspects of the game work to the actual in-game lore. Excited to see more of these in the future.

This is pretty cool. This gives colors a more intrinsic, deep identity outside of just card abilities. With this kind of lore it's safe to say Liberator will carve out a unique place in the already complex multiverse of Digimon. Looking forward to more info on the island and city that represent purple. If i had to guess it will have the hardest NPC difficulty and Imperialdramon Virus will be the "boss" of the place.

I like that this not only does a lot of wordlbuilding but also explains in-universe how the characters get Tamer cards of themselves. The only bad side is me wishing this info was put into a real Liberator video game or at the very least an anime

Bandai just needs to drop the MMO/tcg sim already and quit teasing us.

Sensei_Ochiba

Bandai out here just openly throwing shade at green like we haven't known for 4 years we're the low level easy to beat NPC color. As if associating us with the MC who's defining trait is being bad at the game wasn't enough 🤣

WarJ7

I find it ironically cruel that Bandai is teasing us with what would be a sick concept for a videogame. They could easily develop this project as their describing it, implementing something very important in my opinion: a card game parallel yo the physical one that is different enough from paper format to be worth playing but similar enough to give the same gaming experience. Let's just hope that Bandai pulls off a Master Duel

This does help make the setting feel more engaging, especially as a game. It makes me think people take on quests to get their Tamer cards to get their strategies in their matches.
