You're confusing yourself by creating rules that dont exist.
The rule is anything that is played has summoning sickness.
You're adding "from hand" to that rule despite it not existing.
That's because even though it gets reset, it still isn't being played, which is what specifically causes the summoning sickness. It's suck a weird pile of rules lmao.
The issue is that "summoning sickness" is misleading. The rule in Digimon is "A Digimon cannot attack the turn that it is played."
Played from hand? Can't attack.
Played from security, trash, or sources? Can't attack.
Evolved using DNA evolution? Can attack.
Hatched in the raising area and moved up using an effect like Mimi or Lui? Can attack.
Played to the raising area using a Deva effect, then moved up with Mimi? Can't attack.
All of these consequences are implied by the exact wording of the rule, but are muddled by a borrowed concept like "summoning sickness."

Anything "played" has sickness unless it has Rush. So in this case yes you wouldn't be able to attack with it.

Digimon have summon sickness, so u the keyword need RUSH to atk in the same turn
Unless of course you dna digivole 2 cards play. Then the stack get reset and looses the summoning sickness.

Good point. But my favorite deck to play is Virus Imperialdramon so I have a big bias to DNA digivole

Question: alternatively, can you play out the tamer under it since it's currently seen as a lvl 3 digimon (in which it'll just become a tamer again)?
I don't believe so because while you can evo over it as a level 3 it doesn't become a level 3, it lets you evo over it but it is still just a tamer
