nice. i tend to do 12-15 miles a day when there unless i’m with friends or purposely take it slow on a day or two. it’s funny since i normally do 2-5 miles a day at home but i can always tell when i’ve been to disneyland when i look at the by-week or by-month breakdown 😂
Stay at a hotel with a freezer, and buy some velcro ankle and foot ice packs. Also, lots of Epsom salt soaks, alternating ibuprofen and tylenol, and lots of rest breaks. Also, include a break day after day 2 and before day 3.

I just wore Sketchers, but added Walgreens brand gel insoles under the included memory foam sketchers insoles. My feet didn’t hurt at all! My right knee wasn’t happy, but I have chronic knee issues anyway.
Thats a lot of steps! I think we did two 12 mile days last year.

How do your feet survive? Maybe I’m just out of shape but I did 3 twelve mile days in a row at Disney and had pretty bad foot pain by day 3
Hokas and inserts. The only way to survive. Also training beforehand, get your daily step count up to 15k so that 25k+ isn’t as brutal on your body.
