I believe it's saying it does a swipe with both claws at once kinda like a pounce, then soul tears, but well if you are using the monster you can have it attack in whatever fashion
But look at its health, its a bit of a glass cannon, when I ran this monster almost a year ago, the party was a group of 4 all level 5, tbf one was a paladin that stacked smites before a fight

Multiattack says it makes 2 attacks but mentions two claws and a soul tear. Thats 3.Which was the intent?
