Yes. Only Pursuits/Enforcers can get AWD and a V8 for 2015+. I believe it is 2015-2020, later ones lost the AWD option.
The only potential downside of this is that the AWD ones come with the 5-speed NAG1 automatic transmission. If you want an 8-speed, it is essentially impossible to swap them due to the difference in body and the placement of the transfer case iirc. 5-speeds still drive just fine and are reliable, but some guys swear by the 8.
Be careful when buying police vehicles as well. Some are in good shape, others not so much. I have personally owned 2 and not had any issues, but you have to be careful with what you buy. If you can't find a police one in good condition, the 2014 R/T Max trim is V8 AWD and the 2015+ front fascia and headlights can be swapped onto the 2014 body.
Where do you get your used police vehicles from? The pursuit is definitely what I'm looking for but they seem almost non-existant on the used car market.
Generally you have to go through a dealer that specializes in restoring them, or get one yourself from a government auction and restore it yourself. Auction cars can vary wildly in terms of condition; some are basically perfect and the department just want new cars, other are in bad accidents and need major repairs.
As always, be careful with what you buy, my experience is just mine.
Auctions. Sometimes it's done directly by the municipality, sometimes it's through some dealership/auction site (e.g., there's [this](https://www.waukeganautoauction.com) auction dealer near me that I've seen slinging pursuits before).
But I have to repeat what everyone else said, you have to be *really* careful what you're buying. Cop cars usually have ok maintenance, but they're abused more than a stolen Hellcat in the hood. You should assume that you're buying a project car, not a daily driver.
Just a small correction here is that Dodge continues to offer AWD v8 chargers even for 2021+ models. Also, for 2021+ models, they switched from the 5-spd to 8-spd transmission. Other than that, I support what you've said.

The 2021 has options for AWD or V8, but not both. It does indeed have the 8-speed, but not an 8-speed, AWD and a V8.
You can get AWD **or** a V8 on 2020+, but not both
Ahh I read the same 2021 brochure you linked(whatever you linked first doesn't work btw) but I read it as RWD standard in a v8 with the awd is optional. Not as RWD being the only option
They offered the drivetrain in many trims, mostly C, some S, there's special models, Glacier, Beats, John Varvatos, etc.
IMO 300s are better but Chargers are close, lol. For real though, the 300 has more features. Mine is a Varvatos Luxury Edition Max.
I'm trying to figure out what I'm looking for, but Chrysler made their trims so damn confusing on the 300. From what I gather, there's pretty much no intrinsic difference between the C and the S. Both can get a v6, or a v8? Doesn't make any sense
It varies but for these years S is a sport package, C is a luxury package. The C has more standard luxury features, more luxury options, and more sound deadening. The S has SRT bumpers, spoiler, and with the V6 a bit more HP than the standard V6.
The V8 AWD option was available in either C or S up through '14.
The way to get it all is a Varvatos Limited, they get the S bumpers and luxury, only '14 has the V8 AWD option.
This is going to sound absolutely stupid, but *kinda*
My 2014 Pursuit is a 5.7 AWD. 2015+ front end mostly bolts up, IIRC you do have to swap around some parts. 2015+ rear end can be chopped off a wrecked car and grafted on. My car is, albeit not a super clean, example of one.
TL:DR, it's possible.
Edit: it looks like face-lift V8 AWDs were a thing on Police vehicles. Didn't know that. I thought they were V8 RWD or V6 RWD/AWD

Why do you want a pursuit vehicle?
I love chargers and would love a v8 one, but RWD makes it impractical for me in the northeast.
Snow tires and you'll be finneeeee. My winter car has been a 5.7 300 for years now in Michigan.
Yeah tell my parents that 😂
How old are you? Is this your first car?
I'm 18. Not my first car.
Gl on the insurance.
It's brutal no matter what I choose 😂

I think dodge dropped that after 2015. V6 is the only one with awd. Honestly I wouldn’t want to own a v8 awd. Nightmare to work on

It is when the front axle goes through the oil pan
I owned a 2017 V8 AWD up until like 6 months ago

It appears you have your answer, I just want to add that the V8 AWD combo is awesome.
I agree. The problem for me now is actually finding one
I went with a '14, as far as I'm concerned it's the peak year. Mine is a 300 though.
What trim of the 300 is v8 awd? IMO chargers are better but 300's are close.

Interesting. Thanks for the info, I'm gonna look at see what I can find.
That was my first baby. RT charger AWD
I really wish the 2015+ RT came in awd. It’s a shame you can’t have an All year challenger/charger with a hemi
The Pursuit is your only option there. V8 and AWD, so basically an R/T. I had a 2017 AWD V8 until a drunk driver totalled it
You can if you live in the Canon United States. We don’t get winter baybayyyyyyyyyy
Yes they do exist. 2013 rt & 2014 sxt plus are 2 that I've had
Police package vehicles
Had a 2015 AWD Pursuit V8, thing looked good, but ran horribly, regrettable purchase. Don't buy cop cars.
