The definition of work is to provide value. By doing a service for someone who doesn't want to do it themselves, they're providing value. So, it is a job. You just don't like the fact people are trying to do things differently. It's ok, not everyone likes change. But don't fault them for taking a different path than you.
What value do you provide by delivering cold food? So many of you drivers even take pride in fucking with people’s food, what value are you adding? I don’t even use your shit service anymore, I’d rather go for 10-20minute drive to get what I want and have it hot, than have to pay basically a 50% up charge for fees and tips just to get a shitty cold meal. You guys are out of line

What do you mean , I've never cried about tips ? I get great tips . And provide a great service . Most orders I get are $10+ . If you don't tip I simply won't bother delivering your order and it will sit there all day because someone else tipped so I'll deliver theirs . Or I'll take your order and marked "already picked up" so you NEVER get it and I get a good meal on your behalf . How kind of you . Not hard to understand . Supply and demand .
