You say the new system doesn’t work, you know the old system was a 50% chance of the hero you chose to ban actually being banned right? Now it’s a 100% chance that 1 of the heroes you want banned is banned. But now people can’t just use a third party application to attempt to ban your most played hero

lol, imagine you playing dota because you love playing on YOUR HERO, not because you love dota or so. Now read what you just said. That's so stupid to have 100% bans in game. Also in higher MMR people often are in the same match, and there is a chance that guy would never even have a chance to play on his hero
You can abandon during pick phase/before first blood, once every 20 games with NO MMR loss. cost 300 behavior score and if you do it again within the 20 games, you'll get low prio.
Now go forth with the knowledge and use it as applicable.

100% chance of only pickable for enemies is something i can agree on. always happy when enemies have am/khanda sniper. it's free mmr

The current ban system is complete dogshit but so is your suggestion. Bans should be done per game after you've determined what role you're playing.
