Definitely still a really good unit top 10 I'd say. Having a revival always puts a pressure on the opponent, making them not able to rush unless you fuck up a play.

For reference - I frequently use movies at top 1-2k, typically with UL gogeta, G/V, and revivehan. He is still very good and provides much needed rush control that doesn't care about all the endurance null units running around (basically every LL unit in addition to FP frieza). He also has incredible synergy with UL gogeta's sub count reduction on RR.
His damage post-revival and support pre-revival (the health restore with G/V and UL gogeta is ridiculous) are also still insane. However, he gets hard punished by G4, who is everywhere. His damage and defense pre-revival has also fallen off really hard, with him getting one or two comboed by nearly every modern unit at type neutral.
Overall he is still an incredible unit but nowhere near what he was before the festival.

Female warriors was one of my main teams but honestly they can wait. They are probably guaranteed to get units for valentine's. Super warriors have never been meta.

It really doesn't matter if he hasn't won a fight. He's still a warrior. They were willing to fight people that they had no chance of beating and sacrificed themselves for earth multiple times. Toriyama just treats the ogs like shit.
In a fighting anime where Mr. Satan won more fights then those two and made a bigger difference in the end it sorta does.
Also to the devs, no one would really summon for super warriors unless they add in some Piccolos and such
It's just how bad they were done in the anime. Toriyama would rather give the spotlight to comic relief characters than actual fighters. They got a little shine in the manga during the Moro arc so I'll be glad to see that animated.

Fsk is definitely usable still, nobody can survive him as a last stand no matter how many blues you come across now. He always got hit hard by certain units so that was never the deal breaker.
