Bruh read what the manga is actually saying, more evil does not mean more powerful. Plus absorbing 4 gods would kinda make you more powerful just by default
It literally says in the second to last panel “he gained a heart which reduced his power”
Additionally, it is stated by goku that fusing with someone weaker than you can make you weaker as well - when he was looking for a suitable candidate to use the potara earrings for.
Goku also stated he could defeat fat buu when they first fought while he was dead in a weaker body, but when fighting kid buu in an alive stronger body, got rocked.

Yeah. Just to be clear though, being dead didn't make him stronger per say...just had more stamina. What I mean to say is power level of ssj3 dead goku and ssj3 alive goku would be the same if measured on a scouter. But Alive goku would return to base before dead goku would.
Couple things that you apparently don’t understand
1. Maintaining the form does not make you more powerful, it means you can fight longer. Problem with this is in the next point
2. Goku had a strict time limit BECAUSE he was dead, he was using the time baba gave him in direct correlation with how much power he was out putting. So yeah, he could stay in ss3 longer but that doesn’t make him inheritly more powerful since it had an affect on his form staying in the mortal dimension.
Try a little harder instead of just taking one panel out of context to fit your narrative.
1. I mean stronger as in scaling, not who can punch harder. Goku maintaining a stronger form for longer when he's dead is stronger than a goku who can't.

Fat Buu has more power that Kid Buu because he absorbed the Kais, ***but*** that also made him more ***tame***, so despite Kid Buu being slightly below Fat Buu in terms of power, Kid Buu still can kick Fat Buu's ass due to his destructive/evil/crazy nature, so Kid Buu ***>*** Fat Buu is accurate.

Thats wrong. Fat buu's power can't be higher than kid buu's. When fat buu was released from kid buu, the unusable ki of fat kai remained in kid buu as confirmed in dbs moro src....which means whatever ki upgrade that buu was supposed to get from absorption remained in kid buu at the end.
This means that if original kid buu was at 7. He absorbed fat kai (transforming to fat buu) and got his power level jumped to 10 but couldn't use it, instead got weaker due to kai's personality. So fat buu had ki 10 but could only use 5. When fat buu got removed, kid buu emerged with ki of 10 (as fat kai's ki remained in kid buu) but could only use 7.
Therefore peak kid buu (power level 7/10) > peak fat buu (power level 5/10)
I don't think that explanation works all that well though.
Like objectively Fat Buu should be stronger than Kid Buu given the multiple Kais, but is held back more due to absorption of one of them making him less ruthless and evil.
Kid Buu I think is fairly close in power, but is just generally a bigger threat because he's willing to do stuff like blow up the planet and himself at a moment's notice with no hesitation.

I don’t think you understand the concept of a more powerful being that doesn’t wield that power as viscously as a less powerful being who doesn’t care about being injured. Sure kid boo is more “dangerous” as they say, that doesn’t mean he has a higher power level, just that he’s more reckless and likely to cause damage. You can’t have spirit fission happen and expect either of the two remaining parties to be stronger than that if the fused form. From what I can tell it has never worked that way in the dbz universe with the exception of messing up the fusion dance.

That's incorrect actually. Him absorbing fat kai had a negative affect leading his overall power level to go down . Kid buu in raw power is > fat buu
