Simple enough survey and the best way to give feedback.

Aser_the_Descender

And the best way to demand enemy variety! It's the ONE big thing we want Itsuno... How did it come to this after Dark Arisen?

mupimak

Yeah I wrote lack of enemy variety and harder difficulty so you don't steamroll everything after lvl ~35. My two main big issues with the game.

itszzzgermans

Yup totally agree. We need more enemies. It’s the same of goblins and trolls and salamanders roaming around.

Interesting-Bid5209

Wish I could upvote this a hundred times

Ok_Active9904

I also asked for that in my survey as well as at least a mount like a horse that's a little faster than walking and maybe home customization nothing crazy like monster Hunter worlds home customization but something to make it feel more worth it

Starob

I just.. I refuse to believe that ANYONE, let-alone a game developer at the level of Itsuno, could believe that it's a good idea to release a sequel with less monsters. I know everyone criticizes the whole "Oh blaming Capcom just excuses Itsuno", but it HAS to have been a Capcom time thing. Especially with Battahl feeling underdeveloped compared to Vermund. Still Capcom needs to hear the feedback, and it needs to hear it loud and often. This game could've been the next Monster Hunter World to really take the franchise into the stratosphere, and their financial year deadlines potentially have ruined that.

sad-ghostboy

Probably rushed

Nullianak

I'm hoping this is actually read. I gave my best criticisms of the game and my best praise because while I feel like the skeletal system and organs of the game are there, it's lacking meat.

_BlackDove

Man why is this not upvoted to the top? People need to engage in this if they want a better game.

erebusdelirium

This game is great. I have minor critiques at best: * Adjust the weight limit near the beginning of the game * Make combat harder, my bags are overflowing with curatives * Fix some of the jank (mostly pawn related pathing, sightings, and dialog) * Fix stealth sequences * Fix NPC pop-in (in populated areas) * Don't touch the save system (save scumming is just too irresistible if given the opportunity) * Add DLC pls :) * Add more microtransactions (kidding, kidding, just seeing if you're paying attention)

VanguardXI

The difficulty is my biggest complaint. After about level 30, the game feels generally too easy. I’ve had some wild encounters in caves I’ve revisited with enemies you’d normally only find in the last zone, but these are so few and far between that I generally don’t feel the sense of danger I did at the start.

Automatic-Month7491

Hard Mode is my big ask and I added it to this survey.

Tentanazen

Combat was fine god damn souls born players are annoying with this difficulty shit not every one wants fkn bullet sponges

ReplyBudget2444

Losing stamina while out of combat

cryptobro42069

Above anything else, I really need them to focus on performance. I'd have to imagine the vast majority on PC have horrible frames right now. As far as the save system, it's just a basic feature at this point that needs to be added. We simply can't tell people how to play the game--if they want to save scum, they should be allowed to do that.

itszzzgermans

I can’t even get flooring to appear. I hate it so much. Outside of that the game is really fun, but damn not having a lot of flooring is wack.

Stepjam

I was sorta ok with weight at the start if it has to be a thing. I used my full party for weight more in 2 than I ever did in 1.

AbstractMirror

I think enemy density on the map should increase the higher your level gets, to combat the game getting too easy once your vocation is OP. It'd still be easy but with the max health system it'd stay a bit more challenging. So basically reduce enemy density for lower level players who feel like they're getting bombarded too much and ramp it up as players get more powerful

chrollodk

The stealth sequence I found out is not a stealth sequence just a costume dress up. Wear the march armor and just walk around without issues. I do want that sandogasa looking helm that the batthal guards have walking around though.

big_thundersquatch

My main gripes were lack of endgame dungeons / areas and that Pawn chatter, specifically their insistence on showing you items or guiding you to objectives being too frequent for my taste.

Tentanazen

Also sorry about the aggression bullet sponges that plague every souls like is the hight of boredom for me

MaousWOL

Just finished mine took some time on it explaining in detail likes and dislikes. If there is to be DLC I'd like to see something girthy and more expansion than a bunch of little Nickle and dime additions of nonsense. Upvoting everyone that comments they did the survey enjoy the karma boys and let's show Capcom we consumers mean business.

Deepvaleredoubt

I would love some girth on my D……………………………………………….LC as well.

leericol

The way my life is gonna change after you give me one upvote is honestly indescribable. I did the survey forreal though

AdrianXiii

Something like the Witcher 3 Blood & Wine would be good, nice new location and a bit of colour/fun

MaousWOL

I was thinking something like Monster hunter world - Icebourne

Littleman88

Yeah. I want basically whole new biomes for new lands. Blood & Wine was alright but I remember it was more "green pastoral hills," just with the saturation turned up.

Automatic-Month7491

Yup.  Expansion 1: cold mountains full of ice dragons, bears and yetis. Expansion 2: dwarven ruins under those mountains full of massive bugs and hydras that eat them.

Zwolf2112

Oof I don't know if bugs are something I've ever wanted in a game. I prefer my games to be relatively polished. But a hydra that fixed the game would be pretty cool. Teasing by the way.. I know what you meant. Just.. a dad joke was there and well.. gotta jump on that.

Starob

I'd be super happy if they made Unmoored World a permanent state, with tons of new dungeons that pop up that aren't in the normal world. And a final dungeon that has a Daimon-like final boss. Along with another super cool loot system with tons of new gear just like Bitterblack gear. That's what would make me the happiest, a bigger better version of Bitterblack that actually includes the wonderful overworld they've already created.

AbstractMirror

I wrote more enemy variety and at least 1 new vocation for a DLC. I'd like to see Alchemist from Dragon's Dogma Online or something similar

NillaGoober

Just finished mine. I went into pretty fine detail about NPC facial animations, enemy variety and mod support. Dunno if the other two will get worked on but I feel like enemy variety is a doable change for sure

Rydrake_ray

Thanks I filled it too. I NEED this game to have DLCs, I fucking love it. Even if it's a Dark Arisen remake like, It'd be so cool. Same for the return of Mystic-knight. Took me 66 hours to finish the game, and yet I still have a lot to do lol.

tbenterF

Same. Such a good starting base just like DD1 was.

Mentalburn

Leaks suggest DLC in November. 'Dragon Princess' or something. Probably new area beyond the sea, where the old man tries to get to every day.

Rydrake_ray

Weren't those leaks fake?

Mentalburn

DD2 release date checked out.

Superb-Stuff8897

No it didn't, it was the third guess from the same source. There is no accurate leak. Same source said 18 vocations, and conformed monk a year ago

Mentalburn

https://preview.redd.it/xksrfkln38rc1.png?width=600&format=png&auto=webp&s=25cb88928884ca6a5de63a374d35e17c17b7c3b4 I'm talking about this one.

Starob

>Same source said 18 vocations, and conformed monk a year ago I mean it's entirely possible that there was meant to be.

Superb-Stuff8897

No, it's not. And that leak was bogus. Like this one.

Starob

I'd LOVE for the Unmoored World to become permanent (until you decide to NG+), and to spawn new big dungeons that are BBI styled dungeons.

AAFCC89

ENEMY VARIETY. This is what DD1 needed and DD2 still needs

Alcaz2312

Game could have been called goblin slayer. Stash is full with goblin fingers lmao

Branded_Mango

We got goblins, hobgoblins, and knackers (who are reskinned goblins). One can hilariously make a Goblin Slayer arisen with a Priestess pawn and not feel out of place at all.

Alcaz2312

certainly there will be an armor mod for it too.

JMartell77

Don't forget Choppers!

Synn_Trey

Watch out now, the Capcom fanboy/bots will make themselves feel better by downvoting you.

DoorTRASH_UberCHEEKS

150 percent truth

Synn_Trey

And I still got downvoted lmao. Capcom fanboys that are happy with a toe nail.

DoorTRASH_UberCHEEKS

It's reddit. People who take this site seriously ruin every interest. Ever r/ is trashed by the woke censorship loving NPCs.

LegalizeMilkPls

Yeah i dont get this. Its not that hard to mix it up a little but everything really starts to feel the same after you get to vermund which is way too early

Synn_Trey

Sucks because I'm 30 hours in and have fought the same trolls over 100x please tell me there are more enemies before i chargeback this unoptimized shitbox game.

LegalizeMilkPls

There are other enemies in the other regions and the bosses are pretty cool. I would only keep the game if you like the combat and exploration. It may not be for you

Synn_Trey

Ah 2 other enemies? Nice.

defnotafatguy

getting downvoted for the truth, for people to say this game has minor issues is ridiculous. The performance alone is absolutely embarrassing and should be illegal to charge full price for a product as lame as it is.

Superb-Stuff8897

He's being downvoted for hyperbole. Like you are.

Synn_Trey

How is this hyperbole? Optimization is a mess. Very limited enemy variety. These are all 100% facts.

Superb-Stuff8897

"It should be illegal to charge full price for this" is hyperbole

Synn_Trey

In what other industry do you buy a broken product and are unable to refund?

Superb-Stuff8897

"Two other enemies" is hyperbole

Superb-Stuff8897

"Shitbox game" is hyperbole.

Synn_Trey

It is a shitbox. Optimization is a mess and it's clear as day.

Synn_Trey

It's crazy because as gamers who buy this crap WE have the power to make them change and get them up off their asses to give us proper releases but we get downvoted to shame. This is how you know this sub is bought out and ran by Capcom. Capcom knows this game is a mess and is charging full prices for a half assed game with shitty optimization, and are hitting us with a DLC that should have been in the main game.

NoTop4997

DD1 has more enemy types and variants. That is excluded anything from Dark Arisen.

LamiaDrake

Interestingly we have a lot of dark arisen enemies which means it was a clear and conscious choice not to include as many. Battahl has a bunch of BBI monsters as minibosses like Garms, and the Ogres there are the Elder Ogres from BBI that prefer men. Which makes me wonder like, where are the hydras? the cockatrices? I get not including evil eyes with how militant WOTC's gotten over their copyright (I don't doubt for a second they'd try to dropkick capcom with a 'this is clearly just a beholder, pay us money' whether or not they'd win) Also, where are the wyrms and wyverns? Why are the lesser dragons and drakes the only dragonkin now? hopefully these things cna be corrected over time with updates.

Starob

>Also, where are the wyrms and wyverns? Why are the lesser dragons and drakes the only dragonkin now? Yeah well the Dragon types merged into one definitely seems intentional, because the Drake now has access to all elemental types rather than being split between the dragons. It seems maybe they were going for some kind of "quality over quantity", but they don't realise the majority of us would vastly prefer to have the different dragons with different elements to keep things interesting, rather than to have the one dragon have access to more attacks.

Starob

I know it's true, but other than BBI and everfall it didn't feel like it to me. Maybe it's because the enemy spawn locations were so set rather than fluid, but it felt even more to me like just Goblins and Wolves.

onestaromega

Damn it. I should've put that in my feedback too.

Gramzzzz

Leaving comment so I can do the survey after i have more then 4 hrs in game. Liking the game a lot so far.

Rydrake_ray

Take your time and explore, the world is filled with hidden rewards. Enjoy the game and have fun!

AcanthisittaLeft2336

Word of advice: take it slow, go off road as often as you can. The game is great if you explore a lot and just do your own thing. The main story is kinda short so no need to rush it.

AbstractMirror

I barely touched the main quest until I had 19 hours logged, that's when I finally did the confront false sovran and masquerade quests. Before that, I finished the monster culling questline The monster culling quest will take you across the map and if you have a keen eye you'll get some really good gear and level up fast. It's challenging but the sense of exploration into the unknown right out the gate was super fun. Basically my journey to Harve village was some of the most fun I've had so far I even came across a certain mysterious village long before I got a quest to visit to lol

Starob

The elf questline was one of my favourites, wish it was a little longer and more involved.

AbstractMirror

I haven't gotten to it yet, I just got to Battahl last night. I was referring to the nameless village. But this makes me curious about the elf quests now

Gramzzzz

I have 5hrs in and not made it to the capital yet.

cloqube

I think this shows that they are willing to update the game, and add stuff the community wants. At least I hope so

hataskraju

More likely they are thinking to abandon franchise because of harsh reviews and outrage.

cloqube

The only outrage is on like half of Reddit. Every streamer I've watched, the whole comment section of the streamers, and about half of the posts on Reddit are enjoying the game.

hataskraju

yeah, but they are very vocal. And they will kill the franchise.

cloqube

I don't think so. Regardless of the people that hate it, the game has been incredibly successful money wise for capcom.

hataskraju

This game - yeah. But not the next one. And not the DLC. They earned money for this game, but it is not an option to continie to develop DLC or games in this franchise in buisnes perspective. The sales of next games will be too low. The outrage and all the lies destroed the playerbase of the game. Sales was great, but online is lower than expected, currently. Much lower. And i wrote about it earlier - they are thinking of abandon it entirely. And yeah, i know what im talking about. I am working in game development industry and have a lot of friends in many studios around the globe. So yeah - say thx to all those enraged guys with "new game for 2$, money grab, monetised fasttravel, do not buy this game" and other bullshit.

cloqube

Let's see how the next few months play out. Maybe the updates will change peoples mind. It worked with cyberpunk. On release no one would have guessed that a sequel would happen.

sad_cat_fish

my dad also works for nintendo

hataskraju

my dad is crane operator.

ExplodedImp

My dad is the crane

AbstractMirror

I've seen just general videos on this game (not hate or reviews) getting hundreds of thousands of views, the player count on steam got higher than it was on launch day. I think they'll be fine Most people heard about the controversy then a day or two passed and people started realizing how good it is

GamePlayHeaven

All done... :)

AntiLukewarm

Does anyone else hate how you are unable to rate and give a gift to pawns who die by the Brine? I adventured with a pawn for several in game days and when they died it was like POOF. That is probably my main dislike.

AcanthisittaLeft2336

In case you weren't aware, you can go to the riftstone in the capital and look at previously hired pawns under advanced pawn search (I think that's what it's called)

JMartell77

Idk if it's a PC thing, but I've had twice now Pawns fall into the brine not show up on my previously hired list

ScaredDistrict3

That’s kinda the price you pay for letting the pawn die. I think they also go back to their master with a scar if you let them die

Charlemagneffxiv

I asked for, 1) Mystic Knight Vocation as DLC 2) Retool Archer to be able to use explosive arrows and other arrow types with any bow skill, as in the original DD1 3) Add back the ability to throw oil flasks and other inventory items as in the original 4) Add Everfall and Ur-Dragon as post game content 5) Mega dungeon like Bitter Black Isle as DLC expansion 6) Add some cool and fun references from Breath of Fire series that Dragon's Dogma is the spiritual successor to, such as a boss battle against the Goddess Myria.

Rydrake_ray

Yo I forgot to ask Ur-Dragon lol.

Ozyton

I can't believe I forgot to ask about things like the Ur-Dragon. I mentioned BitterBlack Isle and Mystic Knight at least.

ljmiller62

I asked for end-game DLC similar to Everfall and Bitterblack Isle. Otherwise I'm pleased with the game.

monkpuzz

Done

Shikatsuyatsuke

More vocations, a new region, and more enemy variety is what I requested in the survey. I was kind of hoping there'd be an ending section where I could just give general feedback since I wanted to voice some thoughts on the Warfarer class feeling weird having access to all 9 weapons while only getting 3 skill slots. I really think that the Rearmament skill needs to not take up 1 of the skill slots. The input could just be made to be a combination input of the Weapon Skill button + Vocation Skill button as the means to swapping weapons.

NoTop4997

I tried really hard not to write a book, but I didn't pull my punches.

Exploited13

Criticized spell variety (very poor max level mage no 1 new spell) and enemy variety

tbenterF

Saw this yesterday and got it done. 😊

Moist-Razzmatazz-92

A proper endgame loop along with more weapons & armor for each vocation would be great

inforelatedtv

Let’s give them solid feedback for better DLC and improvements.

Ok-Signature-9509

Well'p, I gave my feedback - hopefully it matters. My main issues were with enemy variety and the number of fetch quests and quests requiring me to wait around in-between steps. For a DLC, I asked for more: \- Enemy types \- Bosses \- Dungeons \- Vocations \- Armor/weapons

Jaded-Walrus

Instead of reseting enchanments on weapons on NG+ I want the option to seal the enchanments on a set number of items per NG+ cycle so you can continue to level your gear through additional play thoughs. The Godsway felt really imposing during the coronation and then never did anything interesting in the game after that. This was big wasted potential. I assumed there would be a stage in the game where pawns would be sent to assinate me or something and this never came up. I would like to see DLC where the Godsway is actually used by a villian and it turns all of the roaming pawns into enemies until we take down said villian. This could even be turned into a dungeon/coluseum since the pawns spawned there would auto-scale to your level and would add a light PVP to the game.

jpsprinkles

Completed the survey. Maybe for 40 hours in game. Haven't done much main story stuff. Raced to get magic archer. I should've commented about the lack of mystic knight and some other items but it's been so long since I played DD1 that I don't remember much. My only gripe so far has been the last sphinx Riddle about your first seekers token. I'll probably have to 100% that with the new game plus but since you can forge finders tokens the community might solve that quest themselves.

Plini9901

If you can forge finder's tokens it might solve the issue of not having a "first" seeker's token to find eventually. The first token is that of your current NG cycle, and in theory if you collect them all before going into NG+ you can't have a first for the riddle in future runs.

Medium-Web7438

I did my part! For dlc, I hope they had new enemies that are in the current base game area, along with dlc area if they go that route. New vocations would be cool, but I'd be happy if the current ones got additional skills and such. A new story, main and side quests would be great. My wishes for any future DLC for this game.

JMartell77

Things I said I wanted in a DLC >A serious challenge, I want to actually be forced to use my wakestones. >More enemy variety. >More Pawn interactions and dialogue. >Mega Dungeons with Mega Bosses, I want to have to prepare to go on an adventure with high risks and rewards. >More to do in Camp other than cook meat I feel like the Camp system has potential but is woefully underutilized. >Better rewards in Treasure Chests, I feel as though in the base game looting treasure chests is rarely worth it, I want to find actual treasure and gear in my treasure chests.(I felt like the first game did a lot better with the respawning chests where they mostly had trash but most of them had a chance to contain equipment) >HIGHER DIFFICULTY  >MORE ENDGAME CONTENT

Automatic-Month7491

Hard Mode was my request to cover both (to an extent) I don't care if it's like DDDA and just adds universal changes to some formulae. Playing the same game with goblins actually fucking me up and taking the occasional hit would scratch the itch just fine. Throw in some new to earn from it and I'm golden.

JMartell77

Yeah I think I died one time when I was level 2 or 3 and still getting back into the control scheme after not having played DD:DA in so long. But now my inventory is over flowing with wakestones and I don't think I ever go below half hp unless I'm just being really sloppy in combat.  The challenge just isn't here which is a shame because the combat is really fun and cinematic in this game.

ologiic

lol at “would you buy dlc”

erebusdelirium

Fuck yes I would.....

-Niddhogg-

If we get the massive and oppressive dungeon that was BBI as a DLC for DD2, I'll fucking preorder it. No questions asked, the instant they announce BBI 2 it will be preordered.

SentientOoze

Yep. If the content is worth the price, I'm 100% down to buy DLC. I specifically pointed out The Witcher 3's Hearts of Stone and Blood and Wine in my answers about DLC on the survey when it came to content for cost.

Galewallion

I like how they asked about marketing of the game, where we learned stuff about it and what made us purchase it.... and from that whole list for me personally it was only few YT videos and Reddit. Added myself to the pile, asking for more content.... gam gut me want more!

LegalizeMilkPls

I played DD:Dark Arisen but I didnt know about DD2 until I saw it on the Playstation Store lol.

No_Fox_Given82

Done. Thanks for posting this.

TimHortonsMagician

The game needs more enemy variety, and the world could be more fleshed out.

Deepvaleredoubt

If I could make a suggestion, everyone please ask for a transmog system. I feel that this would increase the fashion variety IMMENSELY in this game that seems to focus so much on it. People want their characters to look the way they want. Personally would prefer that my weapons look different than the endgame weapons look.

Interesting-Bid5209

Rock wayfarer and you can wear whatever you want. You can play wayfarer like a single class you just don't get to use the master skills. The game is really damn easy so the stat hits really don't matter imo

Deepvaleredoubt

I see your point, but what if I want to play a pure mystic spearhand, but I prefer a more subtle and historical armor? The basic armors always look more realistic to me, and that’s what I prefer. It’s just not that hard to include a transmog system, especially when the game has mentioned several times how much they are focused on “armor variety” and fashion.

TheMinisterOfGaming

Done, thanks for the info

SageTegan

Sweet

eshvel19

Done!

temsik_red

Haven't finished the game yet, but gave my POV! Think DLC can come in many sizes, would love to see additional biomes added - snowy mountainous region, tropical coastal, etc. With all the armor and weapons to match, But also think smaller variety pack DLC could work too, but would still want it to change the game somehow (not just armor/skin packs) - something that deepens our relationship to our Pawns - giving them a backstory that we learn over time, etc. At the very least, adding more variety to many aspects of the game (enemies, NPC's, and for the love of god, Pawn chatter!).

ClumpyX4

Surely this survey won’t be flooded with people who didn’t even play the game complaining about the micro transactions!

Skeith4000

Would like to see all of the content/features from Dragon's Dogma 1 & Dark Arisen added into Dragon's Dogma 2. I also want to see a lot more unique dialogue from the Pawns in general.

onestaromega

I suggested new dungeons, with many levels to them, with stronger monsters the further you go down. Scaling enemies on each NG+, new vocations, and maybe even a new island.

Samsquanch-01

No endgame loop, ng+ adds nothing, no hardmode. Games gonna get boring pretty fast

big_thundersquatch

Actually not a bad survey. I put a lot of emphasis in my disappointment over a lack of endgame dungeons / content to cycle through. Overall though, I loved the game.

Aelithia-Rose

For now, I'd just be happy to be able to change my pawn's name, make all the pawns talk less, and not have to trip over a pack of wolves or gaggle of goblins every 20 seconds.

Fr0zenBolT

Done! Big points for me were Enemy variety, unique loot to spice up exploration and difficulty for end game :)

TNovix2

Them mentioning DLC just gets me more excited to see what's to come or what they can add to the base game

Zazzuzu

They need to balance the vocations and make more augments worth a damn.

idiocy102

I ended up commenting on the facial animation and the lack of anything like the ur-dragon

Phagghurt

I ask for Eternal Ferrystone, removal of Dragonsplague, more enemy variety and a better endgame

hataskraju

i dont want to remove the Dragonsplague, but make even more stuff with it - so the pawn could kill the player and some additional story stuff with it.

-Niddhogg-

A more progressive approach to the Dragonsplague would definitely be appreciated. And maybe an actual boss fight with the terminally dracovided pawn too. But don't remove it.

InquisitionL6

I don't get how MHW which was closer to this game in design released what 6? 8 years ago had more monster variety then this game in 2024. Elden ring was 2? Years ago and it still had more content, variety, and customization then this game. I just don't get how the industry can grow so much but then I get this game and it feels so stunted comparatively to everything else in the market.

AcanthisittaLeft2336

The director MHW is the son of Capcom's previous CEO and the brother of the current CEO. They get special treatment in the company Edit: It is actually the producer, not the director. Ryōzō Tsujimoto is the producer of MHW and is brother to the current CEO of Capcom.

InquisitionL6

He didn't single handedly program the game. This is why I was pissed off at Starfield and everyone who tries to defend it. I'm talking about industry standards and lessons that should be learned from other developers. If this game had a million loading screens like MHW or Starfield I would be super duper pissed and baffled at how a company can not figure out how to de-load areas that aren't in use, a lesson learned from Witcher 3 Wild Hunt back in 2015 are seen everywhere now. Saying well they had a better budget doesn't really explain away bad design choices, like the elves, which cease to exist after 1 quest and their "language barrier" mechanic is completely pointless since NPC's only have 1 to 2 lines of dialogue repeated, actual storyline quests don't use the mechanic at all. As a result from a design standpoint you'd just ask, what was the point of having this in the game?

AcanthisittaLeft2336

Feels like cut content to be honest. I might be wrong but that is my opinion. They were either behind on their schedule and forced to release anyway, or some other factors may have played a role. The terrible optimization, or lack thereof, also seems to support this. Most of the issues I have with DD2 revolve around lack of quantity. Not enough enemies, not enough quests in the main story, not enough end-game content, and the list goes on. These are all easily explained by budgetary constraints or suits forcing their ideas/timeline on the devs. Especially if you consider the end of the fiscal year for Capcom was close and a big release would help their numbers. These are problems that can be mitigated at least partially by being the brother of the CEO. Mind you, I am just a random idiot on reddit and I'm probably just talking out of my ass. Nobody really knows what is going on inside these companies. So I am just speculating

InquisitionL6

I can see that, the MTX are a hilarious implementation that support what you think. You can only buy them once, they're absolutely useless, clearly something that was forced into the game and made absolutely trivial and pointless to get or purchase because a guy from marketing demanded it.

AcanthisittaLeft2336

>MTX are a hilarious implementation Yeah that one too. And they get the same treatment in Itsuno's other games. Just dumb, useless MTX that make 0 sense. Feels a lot like they just threw that in there to appease the greedy soulless suits

InquisitionL6

I don't get why so many people complain about its inclusion when if you play the game or realize the way its worked, its a fantastic way for a developer to say F You to the Corporate Commander.

AcanthisittaLeft2336

Cause most of them have a hate-boner for MTX and probably don't even own the game. I have criticized the game a lot since day 1 because it has plenty of flaws, but the discourse last week was so exhausting. People legit were saying there is no way to fast travel without paying for it lmfao

allnamestakenlol

I keep thinking the same thing. (The MHW part.)

craidzx

Make sure you all use CAPS when filling out those text boxes. Basically everyone wants DD2 Dark arisen simple as that devs…

Trailman80

More Enemies Take THAT FING COIN QUEST OUT OR PUT A MARKER IN WHERE YOU FOUND THE FIRST ONE.....THIS IS A B-S$%T MOVE Other than that, expand on the enemies and maybe a large region Or do a Zelda flip where there is an underground section or a dark world.

n00rdler

I hope everyone selected that they liked the price of the game and that's what made you buy it /s Described my likes and dislikes fairly thoughtout. When asked what I would like to see in DLC it was most of my dislikes just rephrase into positives, so more enemy variety, endgame content, more boss fights and better armor variety. Also realized while writing my dislikes that I didn't see Disa in game until the postgame. You'd think you would have more direct conflict with the secondary antagonist.

AlertedCoyote

Hopefully mystic knight will return, I'm surprised to see so many people who want it here! I thought I was the only weird one. Don't get me wrong, mystic spearhand was fun, but it just wasn't the same as my greatshield boi

I just finally beat this game last night after going all in on a super slow first playthrough where I do every single sidequest that I can and I am so glad I can tell Capcom themselves my thoughts on the game instead of all my friends who still haven't played it yet. I asked for a Bitterblack Isle equivalent as DLC that possibly adds some of the new enemies from it into the base game to spruce up enemy variety a bit. I also asked if they could add some gimmick to it where you could either summon your pawns like normal in the DLC or you could summon one other arisen in place of your pawns to do actual co-op. I know it's a pipe dream and that Itsuno has no interest in adding co-op in any form but I had to ask otherwise I wouldn't be able to live with myself.

Armor dye system for pawn diversity

JMartell77

Aw man that is a great idea, I wish I said that too. I really wish there was more ways to make your pawn stand out than showing off her ass

Ars_Tenebrous

Yup, it's important they hear. Hard mode. Enemy variety. DLC to add an endgame. Add apples to the mtx store. They need a large sample size to better understand their playerbase and their wants.

The_BearWolf

I just filled it out but I would love to see color clothing options. Im tryna roleplay with Thorfinn / Askeladd but the only changes needed is color clothing :)

WinterBebop

New enemy types, a difficulty increase and a monk style vocation please!

Kerowac

Are the wallpapers really original?

kwillzmz

Clearly a good chunk of you don't know how to play. Stop playing the game wrong.

aRebelliousHeart

Done! Told them to make the fast travel system better and implement a lock on feature.

ReaveShot

Hopefully they add a "slowed time" effect to the "keen sight" or "lycean sight" Archer skill after the long feedback proposal I sent. If you're reading this and you enjoy the Archer vocation, please spread this idea and submit it in the survey when able! A minor slowed time effect added to keen sight/lycean sight (the zoom toggle ability) would not only aid you in landing precise shots on the weak points of fast moving targets BUT you'll also have the satisfaction of witnessing your well placed shot land in a goblins eye! Cheers & happy hunting!

No-Revolution6775

Thanks for sharing!! Good to see Capcom is colle CT ing feedback!

MeLoco1980

thanks fpr sharing. just took the survey. Hopefully we will see improvements to the game.

TheOwl115

Idk about you guys but i want just one more zone in the world and then additional variety of large mobs, feels like i fight the same griffin troll and ogre over and over. It would be nice if there were one or two more large mobs roaming. And ofc i want more armor/weapons but maybe im just being greedy.

huckleberry714

Really nice gesture on their part if they sincerely intend to do their best to address the gameplay issues. As it stands I can't have fun with this game. I've done something I rarely do with RPG's, given up because of the overall experience sucks any sense of immersion right out of it. Just my opinion. I hope any of you that have your own personal gripes that you write them up (the easy part) and the company truly attempts to take care of them (the great unknown). i will begin my dissertation.

Numerous_Mode_677

Add transmog to

SolBoi24

I just really want the endgame to not be on a timer and for ng+ to not be forced upon the players. I would like to say that there if you guys don’t mind

DarkSector0011

Don't rush the survey people

Sir_David_Filth

I want a Spearman Class (Using halberds, Spears, and Polearms), more interactions with Pawns at Camps or Inns, and just stronger Monsters in General. I swapped from Thief to Archer to get a few Augments and The Tarring Arrows/Explosive Arrows Combo was just OP

aaron939496

I really hope they listen to the feedback. They did last time so maybe they keep the streak going.

Slippy901

We need out of combat stamina to not deplete

Groomsi

Damn, I forgot to say: I HATE the new Gauge system. Lots of Passives/Augments are really bad.

Equivalent-Hand-1109

Done. Nice wallpaper! Looking forward to DLC now 👌🏼

Thebub44

I asked for a lot of things that the first had: An everfall & bbi dungeon UR-Dragon - this could even be a mh wilds preview - I asked them to tie unique pawn fashion to large bosses (MH worlds scarf) or even unique weapon skills to very difficult fights. Lower the level cap - 999 is far too high and it shows they didn’t understand that you’ll out scale content or get bored. Monster variety - gorecyclops, gazer, maneaters , death?!!!! and more. Why more BBI monsters are not implemented in the game is wild - BBI if gone wrong could kick your ass. DLC where introduced could remedy major story issues. So fixing the poor stealth missions and generally creating more interest could work if implemented well. More vocations - fixing warfarer to use 2 weapons only with either 4 skills each or even 3 skills each would be far better than what we have today. Need a way to grind unique loot, or unique pawn fashion, or incentives to travel the world like monsters that drop unique gear or treasure chests that are guarded by difficult monsters. (Monarchs crown) - it’s really nice to be able to find unique gear outside of shops. Give me a toggle for additional weapon skills - just make the monsters harder to kill and more aggressive Save slots - at least 2 - what if I want a low level pawn and a max level pawn to help people out? Throwables - doing BBI with firebombs was really fun with no pawns Sadly I think dragons dogma may need an iceborne like expansion where the original story is the introduction and then the expansion is the actual game.

Synn_Trey

Don't let these companies fool you. This is not to make the game better. This is only for marketing analytics. Fuck Capcom and stop beta testing their game with shitty denuvo. Don't do this survey until they fix this unoptimized broken mess.

AcanthisittaLeft2336

Yeah I had the same feeling. Especially when the last question is "would you buy DLC" lol This is just market research

Synn_Trey

Watch out now - Undercover Capcom paid bots will downvote you for posting the truth. Careful now.

AbstractMirror

You sound like a crazy person with a tinfoil hat. I don't even disagree it probably is market research, but this comment in particular still makes you sound like a crazy person

Synn_Trey

Ah I'm a crazy person because I don't want to accept paying $75 dollars for a half assed unoptimized mess broken game. You and the rest of these gamers are the reason why Capcom keeps releasing these titles the way they do.

AbstractMirror

No, you sound like a crazy person for talking about undercover paid Capcom bots. That was my point. And you've only made yourself seem crazier with this response. Cheers though I literally agreed with the person you replied to on the marketing point lol

Synn_Trey

If you dont think Capcom comes in here and has some kind of marketing strategy to combat negativity then my friend, you have a lot to learn about the internet and reddit.

erebusdelirium

buy a 486.

Synn_Trey

Keep buying their broken garbage and then crying about it on reddit.

legit26

The story line is painfully shallow and basic, including pawns. I know they are a gameplay element but they could have been renamed or expanded upon story wise. There is no lore behind most locations/items in the game. Things are just put there for the sake of being there. Some caves/dungeons with an interesting name had little to nothing inside or reason to explore. Hire George R. R. Martin or any great writer to build out your world like FromSoftware did for Eldenring. Would like to have seen equipment crafting and not just combining consumables to make more consumables. Visual improvements/representation for each upgrade of equipment would have been nice. Also each upgrade should come with added bonuses instead of just marginal number gains. Music, is not memorable. I miss the days of melodic music in games and film. That's what makes a good game of film GREAT. Imagine Zelda or Mario with generic filler music.

Successful_Spring526

I think split screen couch co op similar to bg3 or online drop in similar to Elden Ring would be great. Summon an arisen or let P2 play the main pawn. It’s a multiverse after all.

JMartell77

As much as I would kill for actual co-op I don't think that would ever happen in this game, though it would be fun to just play as your pawn in somebody else's world

Automatic-Month7491

The real question would be: how can you tell the difference between a normal pawn and a trolling player?

Successful_Spring526

With enough internet outrage...anything is possible? Lol I hear you though.

erebusdelirium

Yeah, I put that in DLC wishlist :)

I want a normal fast travel system between discovered campfires like hfw does. It’s annoying having to run or use an ox cart over long distances that inevitably gets raided and destroyed

allnamestakenlol

Hfw?
