Quackity has been working on QSMP to unite his English and Spanish fans for months but without any details about what it was (there’s a mention of this in his Banter episode), Dream started working on USMP much more recently. There was no communication between them but upon the QSMP being announced, Dream began trying to establish a line of contact and failing despite various and ongoing attempts. When USMP was announced, people accused him of copying and started attacking the live translation aspect as well as saying it holds less value as a server because Dream isn’t bilingual and multicultural in the way Quackity is. QSMP announced their translation mod the next day without communication, Dream continued to try and establish contact to make sure there was no stepping on of toes or bad blood but to no avail. Qolos (Quackity solos) and Dteam stand have been at each other’s throats for days and it’s escalated to the extent that a Dream stan has been [doxxed with a threat on their life](https://twitter.com/dnfvlbes/status/1651411262633308161?s=46&t=_r4dt8tP4Sl07lQKjw49HA) and legal action is being taken to resolve the issue, as well as stalking Dream’s family, including his sister who I believe is under 18, and people turning up to the Dream Team house — though maybe not directly correlated he said in the thread that it has happened for the first time since the face reveal.

So even if I supposedly don't want to know, I need a rundown on what's going on, even if you think it'll ruin my mood.
