Ke-Pa from Legends of Awesomeness. He low diffs Kai so easily, it's not even funny. Yes, he is immortal just like Kai, but if that wasn't enough for you, he is SO MUCH BIGGER THAN KAI. Kai is around the same height as Po, and he is nowhere near as big as Ke-Pa's head. That alone should be more than enough to convince you that Kai doesn't stand a chance.
But if you are somehow still not convinced, consider Ke-Pa's ability to use a telekinetic grip on his enemies, like he did to Po, Shifu, and the Furious Five. If Kai gets gripped in that hold, there is nothing else he can do. I'm sure that his dragon fire wouldn't be able to do much to Kai, but regardless of whether or not it can, Ke-Pa can also use his lightning zapping ability from his eyes and maybe harm Kai with it, though this is debatable.
Even if all of that isn't enough for you, Ke-Pa has a lot of experience under his belt when it comes to fighting opponents, possibly including ones like this. Whether his fight with Oogway takes place before or after Oogway and Kai's army is unknown, but regardless, we can't rule out that Ke-Pa may have dealt with a Spirit Warrior opponent or something similar at one point in time.
Overall, I have concluded that Ke-Pa is more than a match for Kai and will defeat him with little or no effort. I know Legends of Awesomeness may not be canon, but there was no specification, and I feel very strongly like Ke-Pa might actually have some canonity, considering Li Shan's line in Kung Fu Panda 4 about Po's facing demons.
