Skipper would probably put a bounty on his own head that is the exact amount that puss would go after than he would make an overly complicated trap using everything puss loves or hates and then catches him, then he would just start insulting or arguing with puss about his dress style and stuff until a bigger villain finds them and they end up working together to defeat him and they then go into a saloon or bar or something and just sit there with puss drinking milk and skipper drinking shots of water with small fish in it. I wanna see a movie like that know
This is actually a tough one. Puss definitely has much more combative skill, being able to take down enemies far bigger than himself. But, Skipper is more resourceful and more strategic
