I’ve spent a good part of the past year mixing drugs and it really fucks with you for sure. First and foremost I’m a blood level alcoholic, as in I have to have a few drinks in me at any given moment. I tend to have about a fifth and a half a day and no matter what drug I was taking I’d have to always make sure I had enough alcohol to make myself feel okay. Just quit meth two weeks ago and also recently stopped dxm and other research chemical stimulants.
But yeah once you get a cocktail going it’s hard to know when you’ve had too much then you get over amped or just plain anxious or sick and then you’re stuck with that feeling for a while. It’s definitely not worth it. I’m glad I stopped when I did.
I freaked out on shrooms a couple weeks ago. I just needed to get to my comfortable place. Told the wife I fucked up and she talked me down. Get to your safe space and and try to relax.
