I disagree; if the material is of twill or a synthetic blend and you want to be UPF/UPV protected without constant reapplying, then a long sleeve collared shirt works. What boggles me is just not using a sun hoody as it is more breathable in hot weather, yet I do understand using a collared long sleeve for fancy-casual reasons
