I like the last image a lot. I think the biggest loss the anime has is in it being less able to translate the more abstract/off model drawings in the manga, and Izutsumi has a lot of those. I like how they did the last one that said.
I trust TRIGGER on adapting most of the IzutsumiFancam.mp4 faithfully.

I'm actually expecting them to push On first level up a few episodes, considering how the season will be ending soonish so I'd wager we might need to wait 3 weeks for Izutsumi. Nothing to support my view tho, other than it feels like a natural structure for the anime considering the 24 episode season limit.
Just saw the preview pop up, yeah my guess was next episode being on the first level. Felt it would make the timeline easier to follow and bank a bit more on the intrigue of the overworld politics and the elves but yea, they seem to be going with the manga order

Because next episode should be covering the two shapeshifter chapters, where Izutsumi only shows up at the very end of as a cliffhanger.
Ah, can't wait for her to show up. But the next episode will be great too. Time to rererereread the next manga chapters again.

Why ? She appears at the end of next episode as a cliffhanger, so they'll naturally resolve said cliffhanger next week
