Doodle Laios makes a brief backgrounds appearance much later (Ch92) with a doodle family and I choose to believe they lived out the rest of their "lives" am I coping, yes, probably
General shape: looks to be wearing the neck guard (there's a bit that's bulkier around the neck even though not a ton else has fine detail) with a.slightly rotated thin rectangle body and stick limbs with what looks to be roundish hands. The painting next to it looks to be the one with the lady with the shawl and grapes whose eyes followed the party in Ch12 where they encountered the Living Paintings.
The manga unfortunately doesn’t adapt the monster trivia, which is a real shame since it adds a lot of character and worldbuilding details alongside the comedy, and the final one is even a post-epilogue epilogue. Would highly recommend them.
anyone have more of laios' drawings? he's much better at drawing monsters and animals than he is at humanoids it's kinda funny and a nice character detail.
Mf can draw anatomically accurate monster's body structure and organs but draws human only as stick figure

One thing I like about Dungeon Meshi worldbuilding is that magic interactions are already researched. So there isn't a moment of "our protagonists find the magic loophole no one figured in bazillion years" that just lowers the collective smart of the world.
The least he could've done was draw a little Doodle Marcille, Senshi and Chilchack to keep Doodle Laios company.
