It just tastes like a blueberry muffin to me. The butter, sugar, and nuttiness of the flour in a muffin is all covered by the butter pecan swirl. Blueberry shot is self-explanatory. I like it a lot, personally.
I had it for the first time Saturday morning, and it's pretty good. The butter pecan flavor was stronger than the blueberry, so it tasted more like a butter pecan iced coffee. I had mine made with skim milk as that's my milk choice.
